I placed a delivery order that was supposed to arrive in 30-35 minutes. Called the store after an hour and 15 minutes to find out where it was. Was told “all our orders are out for delivery we only have one driver”. No apology just kept repeating the same thing over and over. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive and the pizza and rolls were cold. Not lukewarm warm actually cold to the touch! Absolutely unacceptable and we will never order from here again. Terrible food and even worse customer service!

This has always been my favorite for round pizza but the last three times I've ordered it has been terrible. The cheese is different, it doesn't even melt. When you spend $23 for a large pizza and can't even finish one piece it's a little frustrating. Sad to say I won't be going back.

I just tried to order and when he answered the phone he rudely said hold. I waited and stated For delivery & he said at first it was going to be 1.5 to 2h. I said thats is fine with me. He then insisted it would be faster for me to pick it up bc they were busy. I said no the wait is fine and he was not happy that I still wanted the delivery and instantly said hold and I heard a click. Pretty much hanging up on me. Just for his information my mother is elderly and cannot drive and you do not treat people this way. Everyone has worked a hard long busy day with other people and the last thing we want to deal with is a nasty attitude bc you can’t handle your job.

Beware getting pizza from Vocelli Pizza (2600 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH) I ordered online and left a note stating leave the pizza at the front door as my wife was upstairs bathing the kids and my five year-old son was downstairs in the living room watching TV. They were staring through my windows pounding on my door and then proceeded to call the cops. When I proceeded to call the general manager, he acted like he did not care and it was a normal thing.

So I receive my food after leaving a note on the order to have it left at my door, because I was in the shower, so instead of leaving it at the door the driver persists to pound on my door and when my child looked out the window and came to tell me the pizza was here the driver called the police to my home. My car is clearly parked in front of my home. THE NOTE SAID TO LEAVE IT. You really must've needed that tip huh? Not to mention the pizza came soggy and falling apart, my five year old son who loves pizza wouldn't even finish it. The general manager was not helpful at all when informing them about their employee, was honestly a little rude, even. I have been a huge fan of vocellis for a long time. But I will never be ordering at this particular location ever again.

Tonight (12/16) I made a large order online, I had it for delivery and it went past the time that it said on the computer (delivery time was 45 minutes). I tried to call about the order at least 6 times and kept getting an automated message saying press 0 to speak to an operator. When I did that, it hung up on me. So, I drive there. I get there and the poor guy was going crazy with orders, he obviously was having to train a person because he was telling him what goes on the pizza. There was about 4 people standing in line before me. I get to the counter and tell the guy I placed an order for delivery but was there and could pick it up. Two of the four pizzas I ordered was missing (if they had delivered it, I would have been missing 2 pizzas) and all the pizzas were just cheese when I know I put cheese and pepperoni on the order. The guy asked if I wanted the delivery fee refunded and I told him not to worry I about it and that he could just give me a 2 liter of soda instead, and I didn't get that. I also asked for the pepperoni and brought the pizza home and put it back in the oven with the pepperoni. This was over an $80.00. Get someone in there to help that poor guy and he needs a raise because he was very friendly and that place was absolutely nuts! Maybe if he had help my order would have been right and delivered.

I'm from Dayton Ohio i came to Stubenville for labor day weekend, I eat pizza average of 3 times a week and this by far is the best pizza I've ever had. Wish we had one of these in the Dayton Ohio area. Service was great they told me about an hour on a Saturday night they were at my hotel in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place.
Will not be returning. They are terribly slow. There were only two cooks. Two managers were in the back doing nothing when it's obvious the two cooks were extremely busy with backed up orders. The employee checking out was rude. He appeared to be dirty and not suitable to be dealing with customers.

Ordered a BBQ chicken and Quattro cheese pies. Both over cooked, lack of ingredients both cheese and sauce was little to none. For the price you need to make sure these core things are properly done on all orders. Maybe we just came on a very busy night because before it was much better in years previous.

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it was disgusting. Super dry, barely any chicken on it and the entire pizza was burnt to a point it was completely stiff. Wont order here anymore
