This place has consistently been awful. From the food quality, to customer service, this is BY FAR the worst fast food establishment I have ever dealt with. Not even safe on DoorDash, they will gladly let you be charged the full amount, and just not supply your items because they’re out of something (and not offer a substitution), save yourself the 15 minutes and annoyance and go to the Weirton location, they’re fantastic there! And whoever the manager was on 7/2/25 at 9:30 needs to lose her job :)

Garbage. We spent $28 for the worst, driest. nastiest Dave's single I have ever had. Tossed it in the trash can after the dog snarled at me for offering it to her. Chicken nuggets were just warm. Fries were all edge pieces that could be used as toothpicks they were so hard. Large ice tea was only filled to 80% with maybe 10 ice cubes. As much as I hate McDonalds, the food is always better than this was. Very disappointed.

Unless you go during the lunch rush the burgers are hella overcooked from sitting on a steam tray
Outstanding service, home run on the sandwich. Bacon was extra crispy, just perfect! Best Wendy's I've been to!
