Went thru the drive thru and ordered a Dave's single combo with no tomato, no cheese.My total came to $9.96and I thought that was kind of high. When I received my order I come to find out the girl who took my order upgraded me to medium. So I got a Dave's double and the burger had cheese on it but no onion or pickle. I got a double cheeseburger with lettuce, ketchup and mayo only and CHEESE which I DID NOT want. Called and talked to management (her name was Annie) and I told her the problem and she didn't seemed concerned at all. Told me to bring it back and she will make good on it. I told her I was already home and I'm not driving 25 min. to get what I ordered. I just told her Wendy's lost me as a customer and her response was "Thank You". VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You would think they would do whatever is necessary to keep customers. Will never eat at another Wendys?

Stale buns, old fries, dry burgers, old fish... Order taker friendly. Cashier friendly. Drive thru servers insolent. Seemed too busy chit-chatting to notice. No greeting, just handed by bags of food. When I pointed out an issue with a drink, nothing said. At first, it looked to be addressed in an unsanitary way, but it was so questionable, might not have been unsanitary. Still no speaking, but I just wanted out of there. The food not being up to par was just adding insult to injury. No plans to return to that location.

Worst customer service I have ever seen at a fast food establishment. I have had multiple instances of rude employees and very long wait times. This will be my last visit. I waited for over 20 minutes for an app order that was supposed to be ready at the drive thru. The employee was short and rude and said she didn't see it on her screen. So I would have to pick it up inside. I waited at the counter for over ten minutes before I was even greeted. Two other customers walked out ahead of me without ordering, having never been greeted. When I was finally greeted and told the woman I had placed an order at the drive thru over 15 minutes ago and was told to come inside, she became rude and complained about how busy she was. I have had similar experiences here in the past but this was by far the longest wait. I will not be back.UPDATE: They put enough condiments on my sandwich for three sandwiches and did not wrap it well so when I opened it, the toppings went everywhere. They also gave me the wrong drink and put the lid on only halfway so it was spilling out the side of the cup. Lastly, they didn't give me BBQ sauce that I ordered for my nuggets.

I ordered a biggie bag through the drive-thru..well my fries were cold the first time so I went back and asked for fresh ones. They either put the old ones back in the fryer, or just overcooked the new ones..because after waiting a couple minutes, they brought them out to me and they were hard as a rock!

I don't play about my DAMN ghost pepper sauce. I asked for EXTRA SAUSE ON THE SIDE. As you can CLEARLY see, that sauce is absent. This is a cruel joke. Whoever didn't put my mf sauce in the bag will pay. If you're the culprit and you're reading this... ur about 5 seconds away from putting the ghost is ghost pepper iykwim try me mfs.

Ordered the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich combo. They had the fries on the tray 5 minutes before the sandwich so they were cold. The staff was rude and don't let you know what they put on the tray

I’m never the one to complain about food nor fast food. So I went to Wendy’s to get my grandma something to eat and I get home and start giving her the food and I see that there is only fries in the bag no sandwich. How can you forget the main course? Absolutely appalled.
