We decided to stop by this restaurant since it was close to our hotel and the photos looked great. The atmosphere is colorful and fun, and I love when restaurants have bright, hand-painted seats like this one. It seems like it’s usually cleaner based on pictures, and it’s cool that they make the avocado fresh in front of you — though $12 for it felt a bit steep (but hey, it be what it be!).

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the vibe. When we arrived, it wasn’t busy, but no one greeted or seated us. Several tables hadn’t been cleaned, and we waited about 5 minutes before asking if it was seat-yourself.

Once seated, no one came for drink orders for quite a while. My husband’s drink came quickly, but my Coke took another 15 minutes. Normally I don’t time things, but with a hungry toddler, the wait felt extra long. We waited 56 minutes before finally asking for our food to-go.

I was hoping the food would be worth it given the high reviews — sadly, it wasn’t. On top of that, the prices didn’t match the menu. A meat add-on listed as $1 ended up being $4, which felt misleading.

That being said, the restaurant has potential. The aesthetic is inviting, and it seems like they try to put care into some elements, like the fresh avocado. I hope they were just having an off night and can improve on consistency and service moving forward

Service was very slow. Food took about 45 minutes to come out. The prices on the menu don't match. Food is average at best.

The best salsa I’ve had around here! I had fish tacos and my husband had the chorizo street tacos, both were delicious. This casual taqueria is a place we’ll be coming back to again and again.

I have lived in the area for 25+ years, so I have tried all the Mexican restaurants. There are a lot around, in Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, etc. I keep trying this upon desperation, but the foot is the worst of all of them. My son recently moved back and ordered food and it was not good at all. The reviews must be mainly fake and we had a issue a while back and the owner was not customer focused. We'll probably go back when we are desperate but not good Mexican by any means.

Found this spot while traveling & it did not disappoint! Incredible birria quesadilla & street but the star of the show was the ceviche. Seriously. Worth the 20 min wait. Staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be back if ever in the area.

The restaurant is family owned and the cuisine is some of the owner’s grandmother’s family recipes. Very delicious food, extremely authentic and the staff is super accommodating and nice. They make their own in house tequila which is delicious. Their sangrias and margaritas are really great (and strong). We went once and have become regulars! Best Mexican food I’ve had in Ohio since leaving NYC.

Very authentic and welcoming. Friendly and accommodating. Fabulous food! Get the table side guacamole 🥑 and remember to tip well. They are super!

The food is absolutely amazing! The salsa was so good. We got the street tacos and they were delicious. The service was excellent and we will be back.

I got the Cancun burrito… so delicious! Just had the second half is leftovers today… still very tasty! I loved this little Mexican restaurant. No creepy masks on the walls. The table side guac was fantastic.
