Okay, we walked into the restaurant NO hostess on duty that we saw. So we sat ourselves but I guess we chose the wrong area because we were asked to go to the other side of the restaurant. The food was good nothing to really write about, it was noisy since everyone was on one side of the restaurant, the waitress we had was very attentive and never passed the table without asking if we needed anything, a bright spot of the night.

Applebee’s is a nice standard bar food restaurant. You can tell that it’s line cooks as a mass produce much of their food. Our waitress was attentive.

Kayla is an absolutely abysmal person to deal with. She was incredibly rude, provided extremely poor service, and is someone that should not be employed in a position that has to interact with the public. Based on this alone, I will never visit this location again for as long as I live. Food was good though.

Stow is a good location. Good food, good waitress, good prices.
Ordered carside ,had burger fries nothing crazy arrived order was ready so great 5 mins from home food should be hot but no fries soggy placed in box with burger so it steamed the fries last time I had this order the fries where separate so they stayed hot . No condiments in the bag extremely disappointing . Being a chain consistency should be important but does not appear to be a priority at this location G.C.
