Disappointed with the service at Arby’s. The staff was rude, inattentive, and made the experience unpleasant. Long wait times, poor attitude, and a lack of basic customer service. Definitely not what I expected. They basically threw the food at us in the window and it was cold.

Waited over 15 minutes at the drive through window. Not counting the time waiting in line. To be met with a rude employee and all of our food to be cold. Fries also had a fishy smell/flavor. We just threw everything away.

Did a drive thru order today. The Reuben was of inferior corned beef, and they omitted the Classic Beef n Cheddar from my bag. Very disappointed.

I just went through the drive through at Arby’s on Norton Rd. I ordered an 1/2 pd Arby’s and fries. When I got to the window the teller took my card and charged me for a meal that included a drink. I told her I didn’t order a root beer and she said she could not hear me. I said I did not want the root beer. She got the manager and I showed her my receipt. She gave me back $2.00 instead of $2.49 that was on the receipt. The manager said it was my fault I ordered the meal. I told her it wasn’t my fault and that she should have repeated my order if she didn’t hear me. I asked for the .49 cents additional she charged me on my receipt and she started to complain. She finally gave me .50 cent and walked away. She never apologized for making a mistake. She was a rude manager that talked over my request to make my transaction correct. I was only asking for my money for charging me for something I did not order. I have been going to Arby’s for many years and was never treated like that before. She was overtly rude to a customer that did not want to pay for something they did not order.

Had 2 reg roast beef sandwiches, 2 potato cakes. Delivered. Asked for 10 arby sauce and we only received 2. Dinner just wasn’t good without the sauce. Disappointed that most times we go and they don’t give us enough sauces. Edit: since, we have ordered delivery, it has been much better!

Good location. Staff was short and they were still running very efficiently and remained very friendly. Food was tasty. Typical pricing for fast food. Really wish they would bring back potato pancakes
