The food is absolutely delicious and I love it. The service is a major issue. Everything is so slow. I come 20 minutes after my quoted pickup time for my food, and I still wait on average another 15 minutes for it to be ready.
I'd give them a 5 if the pad Thai has more flavor and had cilantro. The portion was great, we had chicken and added shrimp and was cooked perfectly.. and it wasn't dry. Just needed a tad of spice.. or something. The crab ragoon and sauce was good. Their dumplings, delish also the soy sauce. Fried rice wasn't the greatest but we still ate them. Mind you, this was an Uber delivery. We luckily had soy sauce bc we got two forks 3 napkins and one packet of soy sauce from them. I'd order again just letting others know my options

They didn't have sticky rice, but the larb and papaya salad were delicious! Gyoza were my mom's favorites she had ever had. It's a no go on the egg rolls.
