I don't normally write reviews but I'm pretty upset... The food here has gone way down hill, it's not good anymore. More than once I have gotten undercooked food from this location and I can say for certain that I will NEVER be ordering food from here ever again. My family ordered breakfast Saturday morning for take out and received some undercooked sausage links and now as a result my little one (18 months old) has food poisoning and has been throwing up all day! Thank you Bob Evans for having a very careless cook in your kitchen. I'm very disappointed to say the least and I see from other reviews I'm not the only one. I would not recommend eating here and everyone should steer clear of this location unless you want bad food, a bad experience and food poisoning!

I was positioned to the far right side of the restaurant where there is this out of place 6ft wide wall floor to ceiling that keeps you out of sight. As a result my glass was empty after 10 min and was never filled again. I was not checked on until we were ready to leave.

Haven't been here for awhile. Decided to go I wanted sausage gravy and biscuits the sausage was definitely overcooked. Truly disappointing. But our server was good check out was easy. But it will be some time before I return

Very slow service restaurant had 10 people at 8am waited 15 min to be greeted at table when I got my food it was like warm avoid this location

the portion for the hash browns is insane!!!!! barely any hash browns were on my plate i had literally 4 bites of it and it was gone, meanwhile my friend got the potato chunks and their plate was almost half full of them, the inconsistency is crazy, food was cold and we waited over 45 minutes to get our food. most places u get a huge stack of hash browns and i was excited to have hash browns with my meal but i barely got any…… server was super nice but it took way to long to get our food and the prices are not worth it for the quality of food

Absolutely nasty in there. For a restraunt it’s not clean. Maybe take a day off and do a deep clean? Mold shouldn’t be growing in the woman’s bathroom.
Ordered takeout. 2 dinners, 1 chicken breast dinner breaded with honey. No honey on chicken. No gravy on potatoes. No butter for rolls. To top it off no silverware or napkins. Sad that you can’t get reliable help

Tried ordering on the app but didn’t work. Figured we’d eat while we waiting on food for our daughter. Very slow to acknowledge us, coffee was old, no refills on my drink and took over 30 minutes for our food (French toast - arrived cold). To go order seems fine.

Almost walked out since it took so long just to get seated. Food wasn't as good as it used to be. Server barely checked on us, party of 2. I could've easily walked out without paying since I also had to wait almost 10 minutes to pay my bill. Mind you, this is after standing in line while 2 gentlemen placed a to go order, then she walked away like there wasn't 2 other people waiting in line. No, it wasn't even during the lunch rush

This Bob Evans location used to be good, you could come here for a nice family time and not worry about anything but more recently over the past couple years they have gone down.
No hello welcome to Bob Evans how can I help you anymore, and long wait times on simple pick up orders, long wait times on getting cashed out. Expect when you place an order for pickup that it won't be ready for at the minimum 10 mins past your time. Please management work on getting some more staff in here. ?
