Last two weekends my breakfast has not been good and service has gotten slow.Ordered western omelet and it was too greasy to eat.Then ordered skillet scramble and received overcooked hard brown egg with runny greasy Gravy and hardly any potatoes . Even the waitress thought it looked gross. I appreciated the money taken off for it though !!

It's 8:15 pm on a Saturday and we were just told that we couldn't sit because EVERYTHING in the kitchen was TURNED OFF. the store hours are 7am to 9 pm.

Honestly, I’ve held back on writing a review the last few visits because I try to be understanding of the busy season and maybe being short staffed. However, nothing has improved. Our waitress was nice, forgot a few things and that’s alright, it happens. But when we received our food, the biscuits for the sandwich were undercooked and very un presentable, it truly looked like someone took a fork and just scrapped the tops off. We ate our meals and had told the manger we had been waiting on pancakes and she said “okay” and received them about 10 minutes later,. One pancake was completely white and very undercooked. Staff seems to be very unorganized. Probably won’t be returning to this location.
The service was terrible. I ordered 3 eggs with hashbrowns and bacon. I asked for wheat toast and got rye. The hashbrowns were half a serving. I never saw a manager. Then I looked at my bill the servers name was wrong. I called the store and found out his name is Kyle. April was the manager on duty but a trainee manager was walking around. I would like to hear from someone about this.

We loved coming here so much we came back again the next day. We were visiting from out-of-state. The food was fabulous. You get plenty and the wait to staff was excellent..

First time ever eating out here and must say for a first time experience it wasn't the greatest. After 5 to 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby, my family was finally seated. After being seated it took another 10 minutes to get drinks, then 35 min to get food. Once we receive the meals 2 of them didn't come out for a few more mins ?. Next one of the meals still had frozen pieces and others partially cooked With a list of other complaints. I will say they did try to make it right but over all Bob Evens staff you guys have to do better at least for all the first timers out there.

Walked in and were seated right away but sat there for 10 minutes and not one person came to take our order. We left and went to Applebee's across the street and were seated and greeted right away.

I had only eaten Dennys and IHOP for breakfast restaurants, so when I was visiting my family here in Ohio from California I thought I would give Bob Evans a try. The sirloin steak and eggs was delicious plus the home fries which are like little potatoes which I definitely recommend. The restaurant had a traditional American vibe with cute pictures of a Bob Evans farm on the walls. I also drank a sweet cream cold brew for only $3.30 with free refills! My only complaint was the slow service. We got our drinks in twenty minutes and our food in thirty minutes. I don't mind waiting for food but the drink, while delicious was unacceptable which is why it lost a star. Either way, I definitely recommend this place if you want to eat breakfast in Northeast Ohio!
