I haven't eaten there in years but the service was quick, the staff was pleasant and the place was clean. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and tasted good. My husband liked his coffee too. Would definitely go back if in the area. Got some bagels to go.

We used to absolutely love Bruegger's bagels and order every Sunday. We hadn't in awhile and ordered bagels today. I ended up having to throw mine away. It was super thin, doughy and almost a greasy feel. My husband's was the same way and they were two different bagels. I tried to call a couple times and would not let me talk to a worker.

Very disappointing. Very Stingy on the cream cheese, almost none on there. The bacon and sausage were way undercooked. I asked for American cheese and got cheddar on both sandwiches. Not worth the money at all. I won’t be returning.

My first time at this chain... I'm a little surprised there was no non dairy milk for coffee here except half and half. Either Coconut milk, oat milk, or almond milk are normally standard. The bagel sandwich was good, but I didn't care for the onion flavor. I will go plain next time.

I would like to take a moment and say I had a great experience today Wed. 6-11. I walked in. Place was busy. When I was waited on the person Adam took my order with a smile😃 He was courteous and it was an order to go for 6 Asiago bagels 🥯 I mentioned I was on the way to my dentist appt. in Northfield. He got them together for me promptly and also suggested in the exchange that I try a Rosemary bagel with 5 cheeses next time I came in. I thought that sounds really good and I said I will. I told him that I was glad he mentioned that to me. I have been to this Brueggers in the past with not so great service and have not been back for a while because of that reason. I will be back again because of Adam. Wonderful service and leadership from this young man and for that reason I'm taking the time to acknowledge him for it. 👏 Thank you Adam. KJ

Ordered an everything bagel with bacon cheese and egg white. The bacon was completely raw on my bagel. Had to go back and have them remake it. The 2nd bagel was absolutely disgusting and burnt. 2 ppl came in after me complaining about their bacon not being cooked as well! They have a bunch of kids in there working not caring carelessly cooking food. I won’t be back to this location. The food is too expensive to not be good. Idk how you mess up a bagel sandwich. But uncooked bacon is dangerous.

Overall wasn't bad. I was told that they ran out of the hash brown bagels to make the SIGNATURE EGG SANDWICHES DOUBLE-STACK. I also asked for it without chipotle mayo. I agreed to get it on the cheesy bagel. i’ll never understand people and full services messing up orders when they have a screen directly in front of them that tells you exactly how the customer prefers to have their order made. I was called up to the counter and called that the lady preparing my food, put the chipotle, mayo on the bagel, but quickly took it off. They did not have any more of the cheesy bagel but once more available, she agreed to remove the sandwich. I agree to just leave it as is because she wiped off most of that ingredient. But my point is in food services. You have the screen in front of you that tells you what each order is and how the customer would prefer it to be made. I understand that she would’ve been used to how the sandwiches normally made but… You get my point.
