Went inside and the only guy we saw was leaning over a back counter talking with coworkers. He never acknowledged us, and his pants went halfway down his butt. We left. He never noticed we were there, and probably didn't notice that we left.
With BKs closing around NE Ohio, you'd think service would become a priority. Oh well.
I stop here 4 or 5 days a week for breakfast, and a couple times a week for lunch/dinner. Everyone that works there is very friendly and works hard to give us the best experience. My order is always fresh and accurate, and made in time to always catch my bus.

Slowest Burger King I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting in their line 15 minutes and then told to sit out front for ANOTHER 15.Ridiculous. Never again.

Inconsistent service: depends on when you order or show up and who is working. Sometimes they're on point and other times you question their integrity. Considering the surrounding area, with restaurants and fast food joints being plentiful, you'd think that a place carrying such a prestigious name like Burger King would be pressing for professionalism across the board. But then again, BK always has done things it's own way.

Now, THIS is one of the cleanest Burger King's I've been in awhile- must be good management that cares.

Good luck if it’s busy, they are very slow and always have been. However they used to be accurate with your order and were polite and happy to fix mistakes. Today that ended. My order was missing multiple items and the ones I did get were wrong. The person I talked to offered no assistance and no resolution. I received no refund or apology. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

Placed drive through order at 8:12 pm. Didn’t get food until 8:35 and there was only 3 cars in front of me. Always the slowest fast food chain, plus workers were rude
