Fast Food is a misnomer. There is nothing fast about this Burger King. Save some time and go to the McDonald's across the street. UPDATE: I decided to give this place one more chance hoping maybe it improved. No improvement whatsoever! Very slow service, dirty restaurant, and mediocre food. Also, fix your ice machine. I'm amazed this dump remains in business. ONE STAR!

Used to like to come here. Last time, they asked me if I wanted certain upgrades. I was very tired, and I guess my Nah sounded like Yeah. I questioned the price at the window. Either way, drive thru got the manager, and I felt the vibe that the manager was suggesting I was giving the staff a hard time about my order. So .... I'll just get my food elsewhere.

The place was freezing inside. It was so cold we ended up going to the car to finish our food. Employees were friendly, and the food was hot. Just the inside was an ice box.

They made our whoppers so wrong it felt intentional. The toppings were the opposite of what we ordered. The chicken nuggets were incredibly dry that we had to throw them away. Oh and they made us wait 10 minutes by pulling a head in the drive thru so they had extra time to get it right. Also, they refuse to provide refunds. Be warned. Try a local restaurant where the price is actually less expensive than this place.

I just went thru the drive and got good fast service and probably best sandwich from a burger
Went through drive thru today for whopper special. Whopper was hot, fresh, order was perfect!! Cook took pride in his preparation just didn’t slap it together like some BK’s thank you will be back!

They need more employees here, ordered at 11:55am, got in line at 11:56am, still in line multiple cars behind by 12:30pm. Do better for your employees.

It's not difficult to remain professional, clean, and considerate. Society struggles, but inside your four walls, perhaps having a standard of cleanliness and curtesy would improve the quality of both sides of the counter. Curse words should not be heard from my side of the counter. Glove changing should happen when changing tasks.
