Ordered a whopper no pickle, no tomato with cheese. Not that hard right? I received extra pickles, no onion, no lettuce, no tomato, and cheese on half the burger. Not to mention, The sandwich looked like someone sat on it. I worked at burger king in high school. It's not that difficult of a job. Avoid this location.

the customer service was very poor. i than asked for salt and get one packet for 2 sandwiches and a medium hashbrown?? ontop of ordering a large ice water and i receive a small and when i ask for a large it is the biggest problem, yes i will pay for it if i have to but dont give me just a small cup just because. the male employee at the window was rude. learn customer service before you open a drive thru window.

Ok so I live in south Akron and this is a bout a 20-25min(no highway) drive for us....But so very worth it! We make the drive when we crave a good and I mean GOOD WHOPPER!! They never disappoint! Whopper paty is hot and fresh and toppings super fresh and cool like it's supposed to be! Our onion rings and fries hot and super fresh! The girls voice and greeting was very pleasant and polite. She was super friendly at window... Just awesome!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Genuinely. I got cinnamon sticks, and they did not put any cinnamon on them. What the actual f. That’s so unfair and they’re not cheap either. Do your jobs or quit. You’re not forced to be there.

1202 Program Alarm

Fast Food is a misnomer. There is nothing fast about this Burger King. Save some time and go to the McDonald's across the street.
UPDATE: I decided to give this place one more chance hoping maybe it improved. No improvement whatsoever! Very slow service, dirty restaurant, and mediocre food. Also, fix your ice machine. I'm amazed this dump remains in business.

Used to like to come here. Last time, they asked me if I wanted certain upgrades. I was very tired, and I guess my Nah sounded like Yeah. I questioned the price at the window. Either way, drive thru got the manager, and I felt the vibe that the manager was suggesting I was giving the staff a hard time about my order. So .... I'll just get my food elsewhere.
