cute place! our server carly was sooo awesome and attentive. she knew the menu like the back of her hand and was able to help us choose drinks that would suit our tastes. the patio seating was wonderful. we tried the charcuterie, which was amazing. the goat cheese was to die for. definitely check it out if you’re in the area!

Such a massive fan of this place. It’s my boyfriends favourite and we always get the muffuletta and have it toasted. It’s such a good sandwich and very big. All their wines have been spot on and you can’t go wrong with this place. The guy who runs it is always friendly and knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

The service tonight was terrible.

My salad showed up without silverware. It took time to find a server who could get me silverware.

I wanted pepper for the salad. Again, I had to hunt to find a server who could provide that.

My pizza wasn't even warm. Since it was dry, I figured there was no point in asking to have it warmed up, as that would have dried it further.

A friend across the table from me had to wait over half an hour for a simple sandwich.

When I mentioned this to another waiter, he said the kitchen manager was out. I can accept that. But if your kitchen manager is going to be out, you need to have a backup. Same with waiters, in case you find yourself short staffed.

I deducted the automatic gratuity on my bill, and wrote a note explaining that the service was so bad I should not have been required to pay a 20% gratuity. When the bill was charged to my credit card, they added the 20% back on.

Any restaurant can have staff shortages. I understand that. But a well-run restaurant has backups in place to handle that, or then does not expect the customer to provide an automatic gratuity for good service that was not rendered.

We've been here a few times and it's always been okay. Nothing spectacular about the food, drinks, or service but decent and we like to keep it local. However, this last visit was disappointing. Charged us for a large charc board when we got a small. Also, ordered a cocktail that I typically like and it tasted pretty bad. I sent back the drink and ordered a glass of wine instead. No biggie. However, they would ABSOLUTELY not take the drink off our bill. The gentleman I spoke to said, "well you did drink out of it." A sip...not 1/4, not 1/2...a sip. Kind of ridiculous but it's okay; plenty of other local spots to eat and drink at. We will probably go elsewhere in the future.

Food was good. The interior is cute & clean. Service missed the mark. Personally I think it’s a little overpriced in terms of value/experience.

Love sitting on the patio, good wine, pizza and artichoke dip. $11 for a pint of beer though?! Yikes

We met here with a group of 12 friends. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the casual, cozy atmosphere. Easy to carry on conversations even though it's not that far off the road. Our server was very personable and efficient. We had a very pleasant evening.

I got a Port Manhattan and it was fantastic!!! My husband got their Moscato and also loved it. We also ordered the Artichoke and Asiago Dip with red roasted pepper pita bread. Very good! If you get it, you won't be disappointed!
