Wtfff, I ordered a chicken bowl around 3:32 and I asked for all the toppings EXCEPT the gucomole and when I got home and open it and see there were only 2 pieces of lettuce and THAT'S ALL. WHERE'S my corn and picos??? SO GROSS, WON'T BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

Everybody knows the quality of Chipotle has been steadily declining over the years, but we've now reached the point where Taco Bell is more appealing. I'm not joking.

The store was a mess! Food all over counters empty food bins stacked up everywhere in sight, very unclean I can’t imagine if you don’t care if your customers see your mess up front what the back where the food is stored and prepare looks like just disgusting

Just like every other chipotle, they don’t give you remotely the amount of food that’s worth the price. $14 for a double rice, double meat burrito that is the size of a pop can. Figured the first or second time might been one-offs but nope, it’s everytime with this location.

I was very disappointed with the burrito bowl that I ordered. This location had been pretty decent in the past. They may have lacked seasoning (salt), but today, everything was just tossed into the bowl, and a tortilla was added, which I never had when I got a bowl previously. It was not appealing at all, though edible. And it was missing guacamole. Guess I'll be going to another location in the future.

Very upset after coming home to a barbacoa bowl that had no meat and all fat! I took pictures and called the store back and was on the phone with them for 25 minutes and all they would give me was a buy one Get one free coupon. Not even a refund! This is the second time this store has given me mostly fat instead of barbacoa in my bowl.
I don't think I'll be returning and make sure you check your bowl and burritos!

Chipotle normally is pretty good but I've been noticing of late the service and the food is gone downhill considerably. I think it's due to lack of good employees. All the food was mixed together in the containers and n my bowl Just wasn't visually appealing and it was cold. When I went to check out the cashier literally dumped my queso in the bag because she threw it upside down. This used to be such a good location.
This place is horrible or whatever the anger name is, white girl braided pony tail she seems young. I was waiting on the phone with customer service to get my food and she said leave. Was not loud no disturbances nothing I feel these people are racist and treat others like no other restaurant should treat people

All the workers were slow and talking to the women in line, they had 8 of us waiting for 20 mins and the line didn’t move. Won’t be going back this location need to restaff. It’s already 20 dollars for a meal and the servings are small but your going to serve one person in 20 mins

Mobile ordered a chicken salad to be delivered. Took 45 minutes for delivery. I’m at work, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Upon opening my food, it was horrible. NO lettuce in the salad, I used 500 points for a side of guac, which wasn’t sent. They put corn on the side instead. There was maybe 8 small pieces of chicken. Only thing correct on this order was the glass coke and a side of hot salsa. The bottom of my bowl was soupy from the tomatoes. I spent almost $15 for a bowl of guac and tomatoes. Tried calling the shop (10:30pm) and it’s a stupid automated voicemail. Food service is not a hard job, y’all need to get it together.

I am a big fan of Chipotle in general. Generally, a healthier quick food option that tastes good. I have gone here many times. The food tastes good, is hot, and is ready pretty quickly
