Was asked for the name of my order 3 times… waited for approximately 10 minutes, on the final ask of the order name, found that the order had been sitting on their ready for pick up shelve the whole time. No apologies and COLD PIZZA…

I absolutely LOVE this Domino's. I live right down the road & am a frequent go-er. I'm always greeted with smiles, the staff is fantastic!!! They always make my food perfect. I have never had a single complaint about this place ever and I am so thankful ❤️
I thought I'd try Domino's subs instead of going to subway. Big mistake! I was very disappointed. Hardly any meat and very little cheese..... mostly really tough bread. I saved half my philly steak to eat the next day and showed my friends how pitiful it was. Picture below. I want my money back.😤

I order lava cakes when I order each time,and they've never been delivered to me this poorly!I've had other poor experiences with this store, and I decided to give my first post today in hopes that Managers/Owner take notice and talk with the staff!!!! Poor representation of Domino's!

They forgot about our order until we called. When it finally came an hour later everything was cold. The sandwich had like two pieces of chicken in it, 95% cheese and bread. It also made me sick. Don’t order from here

Great pizza and great service!Unfortunately, my car battery had died when I tried to go home with my pizza. Kudos to Anthony who works there for helping me out while he was on his break by giving me a jump. I tried giving him some money for his help and he refused to take it. When I talked to his manager to let him know. He said it sounds like something that Anthony would do.Anthony, you helped to restore my faith in humanity!!!

Ordered online with a large 2 topping pizza, I put chicken and pineapple on it and then come to find out they put sausage and onions on it instead (check your pizza before leaving the store) when I called they said it was to late and all I get in return is a 10% off coupon when they are open for another 15 minutes

I ordered the cheddar cheese bacon tots and the 9-piece brownie. Although very thin, the brownie was delicious. The tots were burnt and cold to the point that neither the cheese nor the bacon could be tasted. The only taste was burnt everything. I spoke with Matt the manager who said he promised there was no way they were cold, and I told him all those around the edge were and the few in the center were only slightly warm. He again swore they couldn't have been cold, so I asked why he didn't just call me a liar. He offered to remake or credit, but I never want those disgusting tots again and told him I just wouldn't be back.
