I went there today, January 3 to get two bagels with butter on the side, a wrap, two orders of hashbrowns and a large coffee. It was not a cheap order and I gave them plenty of time to place the order get it put together and I waited an extra five minutes in the building all of that is fine what is not fine is that my food was ready and sitting on the counter where I cannot reach it Until a staff member finally handed it to us. That food was already cold and there was not butter in it and item which I was charged $1.64 separately when I asked nicely because they were very busy for the butter the woman rolled her eyes and pulled something out of the oven. It fell and she threw the pan in the air and walked away. My seven-year-old daughter was terrified at this moment and said can we just go? I got three packs of butter from one of the women and I had no energy to fight with them on the fact that three of butters is not enough for two bagels. I walked out and I want a full refund on my order immediately this is ridiculous

Absolutely horrible customer service. They move so slow and the results you get at the window are atrocious. The employees are rude time and time again. It must be a standard in order to work at that location as all employees have the same attitude towards customers. They try to rush you at the speaker just for you to wait 10-15 minutes to get up to the window to receive over sugared, unregulated coffee and stale donuts missing half of the icing and sprinkles. They “end” their holiday drink menu the day after the holiday despite actually still having the syrups to make the drinks. These employees would put a sloth to shame with how slow and incompetent they are. Absolutely the worst Dunkin in Ohio, if not the universe. I’d love to hear back from management regarding their despicable establishment.

This Dunkin is nearly always reliably consistent and thorough. My mobile order is always ready and the team is very friendly. My drink is correct 90% of the time, and the workers take the time to greet you and be kind. Very grateful for this location!
Was just there at 2pm and they messed up my order and I asked nicely to just have it right and then they still didn’t and I asked for a hot plain cofffee then and they just gave me an iced one with no cream? And I said no thank you I’ll take the refund. The manager begins to freak out because she didn’t want to do a refund, and “good” when I told her I can just get another coffee else where because they were all upset. they won’t refund me either. I go everyday, they are usually so kind and my drink is just an ice coffee with one cream, Carmel and extra ice?? Like I wasn’t asking for a lot?? They refuse to refund or answer a phone call. Really upset how I was treated!!

I use to love coming here, but than recently idk what happened but my drinks are never right. I asked them to remake it and it got the biggest attitude, come back next time (I’m a regular) and my drink has the creamer and nooo sugar at all this time. Like is this a joke ?

The parking lot and drive thru are a nightmare and servers are consistently rude about asking for oat milk, even as a listed menu item.

Not sure where all the staff went post construction & customer service, a simple and easy question for a worker was interrupted by someone to refer to a sign that is small to read at best and is one car behind you. They want you to look at the small sign to obtain the donut offerings.. less than pleasant experience to start the morning, once got up to the window I was getting glares from others with headsets on, not an understanding apology or anything. Oh wait now that I remember all or majority of the available donuts are in a rack behind the drive thru worker- which could’ve easily been read through. With all this being said, I didn’t finish my order for my office. Please do better!

Th is a place is never good okay maybe on a good day. The only reason I even go is because my kiddos like the munchkins.
Service is always rude, slow and 8 times out of ten there is a problem. Always seems like there is 10 people working but only two know what’s going on. Five donuts shoved in a bag doesn’t work well.

Ordered an iced coffee and two donuts with my spouse. Undrinkable but huge medium coffee for $4. Tasted like it was made several days ago. I took one sip and had to dump the rest. Donuts were okay.
Only able to order inside at the kiosk, which didn't even list each of the few donut flavors that were in the case. Crew attending to drive-thru, but not walk-ins. The inside of this store is bleak. But after making you enter your own order and handle your own checkout they still had a tip jar waiting. I won't be back.
I could have gone to Bent Tree in Kent and gotten an amazing coffee with good service. Just wanted a donut, so we went to Dunkin instead. I won't repeat that mistake.

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes finally got to order then it took another 10 whole minutes for me to get to the pay window I had my money out and ready but then they tell me in the rudest tone ever they actually don’t have what I ordered and proceed to tell me if I want to order something else I would have to go through the line all over again. Horrible experience never again.

I asked for an iced coffee with milk and no sugar and they handed me a cup of iced milk with no coffee or sugar. When I pointed this out and asked for a cup of ice coffee with milk, they acted confused, then waited a while, then handed me the same thing. I had to get out of the drive thru and walk inside and by that point I wanted my money back. So I had to wait 25 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and no coffee.

My iced coff is 9/10 times delicious, and this location has the friendliest staff around ! They are very sweet and the line is always short. Love this loc.
