Not the best location. It is often closed in the morning. Cannot order through the app. This location is very convenient for me, but most of the time it's not worth the hassle.

Don't break your bank at Starbucks. And don't go here if you are going anywhere near a biggby coffee lol. Value for the money though.....Can't beat the prices of Dunks when you need your arteries churning with sweet, sweet caffeine!

I didn’t understand why it was me that can’t catch a break lately, but then I read the reviews for this location and realized that everybody has an issue with it and the workers are worthless.Waited for 15 minutes in line, had my stepson with me so he wanted a muffin sandwich. They “don’t have” muffins or croissants, or really anything for that matter. I asked if they just don’t have them at this location or if they are out. They don’t serve them, ok then change the menu. Now the kid won’t eat sourdough because it’s bulky disgusting and bland, warmed up egg and bread in a microwave for 7$.Please start paying these people less and start ordering what’s on the menu to the store. Thanks

I went inside to find a sign that said "Counter closed, use drive-thru". Tried to order omlet bites, but nope, they were out. Ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese wake up wrap and the new Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte. They hand me my drink with NO whipped cream or Carmel drizzle (told me they were out, and still charged me for the drink i wanted but couldn't deliver), and a BACON, egg and cheese wrap. I discovered that mistake after I left, and realized they didn't even give or offer my receipt.
Not a fan of Dunkin Donut but this location is fun. Mocha could have been better.

I’m kinda upset because I ordered a large iced coffee with butter pecan, sugar, and oatmilk. I was kinda shocked when my total was like $6.49 when normally it’s about $3 something. I realized they charged oatmilk 4 times so I got charged 3 times extra just for oatmilk alone. I probably should’ve spoke up but didn’t truly realize the error till I saw the sticker. Coffee tasted good; though too much oatmilk. I only wanted a splash which I should’ve said I suppose but still, it doesn’t seem right to charge that much just for oatmilk. Service was fine again I’m just upset with the error.

I always come here hoping for a good experience because it's the most convenient coffee shop near my commute. However, I'm almost always disappointed. They stopped taking mobile orders a while back, which is a bummer because the drive thru is very slow. The food takes forever to make and yet still frequently comes out cold. Drinks are made right about half the time. Service is hit or miss - some people are nice but several are very rude. I used to work in customer service and I understand that customers can be a pain but I'm always courteous and have been met with bad attitudes on numerous occasions. Also, I went today and they said they "weren't serving food at all because the night shift forgot to prep." I'm not sure how one forgets an integral part of their job, but it was a huge bummer. Really hope management turns this place around because I'd love the convenience of being able to stop here on my way into work.
