My son ordered biscuits and gravy. It was just swimming in grease. His fiancee and I got bacon. It had turned. My pancakes had a piece of rubber cleaning string in it. There were 4 of us. The bill was $99. For that we got 4 sausages, 2 waffles and some toast. The rest was inedible.
Never again.

Just had a killer plate of french toast with bananas and pecans at Garrett's Mill in Stow. Good fresh food. The owner does a bit of the cooking here and is familiar to most customers. Today he walked around the dining room and passed out full sized Fannie May chocolate bars to all of the clients.

There wasn't a special going on, there wasn't an ask to accompany the give, he had just bought a bunch of candy bars to support an employee and the National Honors Society and it was making him happy to share the candy bars with other people.

I want him in my tribe. You should want his food in your belly.

We went the morning after Thanksgiving. Got seated quickly, waitress took our order in good time. No issues there. Coffee came out lukewarm, not hot. Already a bad start. Looking at the menu, the prices were shocking. Biscuits and gravy alone were over twenty dollars for a single plate. That set the tone. My wife and I both ordered one of their breakfast specials named Jess Special. It came with one pancake, eggs, toast, and choice of potatoes and breakfast meat. The potatoes were awful. Not hash browns but rather home fries. They tasted like something that had been cooked earlier, left out, and microwaved. Maybe once seen a griddle, but whatever happened, neither of us ate them. Eggs were fine in terms of preparation, but the yolks were pale. I raise chickens, so I notice that. These were from birds that are not well cared for. Sausage patties tasted identical to the cheap Walmart brand. Nothing special. Pancake was the biggest letdown. They advertise that they have the best pancake. What we got was thin, closer to a crepe. One pancake costs five dollars. FIVE DOLLARS FOR 1 PANCAKE!? Breakfast for two, with one coffee each and a glass of water, rang up to just over FIFTY dollars, NOT including tip. This was a twenty dollar breakfast at best. We left very disappointed, and I will not return.

The online reviews were good so I came for breakfast. I am a big fan of fresh corned beef hash and had this place on my list. I had the King of Corn Beef Hash. Corned beef on home fries and grilled onions. It comes with 3 eggs and toast. My plate came with a healthy portion of food and did not disappoint. You could taste the quality of the corned beef. I was told it is sourced from same supplier as a top corned beef restaurant in Cleveland that everyone knows is the best. The menu offers some items that are very popular and I would love to try some of them next time. This is a small locally owned restaurant and I counted 13 tables. It is not big but had tables for 2, 4 or 8 people so still able to handle most crowds. This is a great little diner with good food and good service.

I stopped while traveling to grab a hearty breakfast. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of flavor in the Conivore omelette. It seemed overpriced for not a better taste quality. Service was superb.

We have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time the food was average but nothing special. The second time friends asked us to go. I asked the waiter if the biscuits and gravy were good. He assured me they were so I had them but they were not to my taste. We went there today because all other restaurants in our area were packed. I wish we hadn't. After we were seated about 5 minutes another couple came in and sat behind my wife. They got their order taken first then us. Their food came fairly quick. I watched as the gentleman pulled a long blonde hair from his eggs then look toward the kitchen and shake his head. They were done and cashing out before we got served. My wife got French toast and told the waitress not to add any toppings. The waitress asked if she wanted powder sugar on them. The answer was no but she brought them powdered anyway. No big deal though. I ordered 2 eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, and wheat toast. The potatoes tasted like they were cooked in motor oil. The bacon was gamey tasting, the toast was warm but not toasted. The lady at the next table had the same toast as me but it was definitely toasted. The eggs were good. At check out our bill said $21 but the cashier rung up $34. All and all not a good experience!

Great service. Big portions. Great food. Owner was great. Server was in top of things. It's a diner but above average. Stopped here for Breakfast after a weekend at the Football Hall of Fame in nearby Canton. Would definitely go back if in the area. Plenty of parking. Right off the main road. Restrooms were spotless. Handicapped parking available. Might be a little tight if you are in a wheelchair but I bet they would accomade you. Small place and was crowded when we arrived at noon but a table was quickly cleaned and available. Love supporting a locally owned place. Typical diner prices.

I have been here twice, and I can see why this place has been open for as long as it has! It's an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, and watching Garrett simultaneously slay the grill and keep the diners every whim met is a highlight. Staff is so wonderful, the food is fantastic (not your basic fruit cup or waffle, I'm just saying!), I honestly wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often.

My husband and I are visiting from out of state and stopped in for breakfast. We had an excellent meal, with everything cooked exactly to our request. The service was quick and friendly, the prices were reasonable, and we were happy to patronize a local establishment instead of another chain on our trip.

Really, they do have the best pancakes and waffles. The rest of their food is above average- and the service and atmosphere is what one should expect from a hole in the wall family diner.
