The whole store is 5 stars!! The manager and staff are awesome there, I got stranded there and they where amazing to me, as far as to buy me something to eat and go out of there way to help me! They will never know how much I truly appreciate it and needed it more than they even know!!

My sister purchased a salad and it turns out there is a grasshopper inside the salad. She returned the salad and the grasshopper but the girl said she couldn’t get a refund because of the coronavirus. Really? The girl told my sister to chocolate cover the grasshopper. Not amused. I am very disappointed in the curbside delivery service. i am trying to do my part and stay home unless necessary and the offering of your delivery service should allow me that. However, the last two delivery orders I have received have been a complete disaster. both orders were late with delivery, which in itself would be fine, the drivers were both very communicative about the delivery status. The most disappointing was that items were left off my order and not because of l

My husband and I just got back from grabbing what we've been needing since everyone bought out all of the stores and had a great experience. I expected the place to be barren but your staff was working hard stocking and cleaning and were incredibly helpful. We found most of what we needed, minus meat, which isn't surprising since most stores are out of that right now, or waiting on stock. Very happy with our trip and the staff. Your staff are doing a great job during what I can only imagine is an incredibly difficult time for them and it made our visit that much easier. Thank you. We will continue to come to this location.
I went into the Stow, OH location while visiting family out here and was extremely disappointed. I've heard how great this store is for years now, so I was excited to experience something new (we don't have these in New England), and all I can say is I'm glad we don't have this chain. I went in to get a specific item in the deli, nope didn't have it, strike #1. I then went to inquire about some sushi, didn't have that either. Was told we can make that, I'm thinking wow, that'

So I can't get my daughter's script refilled because it's three days out of date (because they were written in advance and had been before) but this pencil dick balding prematurely a** clown pharmacist can only chuckle when I say that this is great, now my daughter will gave fits... I oughta shove a pair of pruning sheers up your pencil dick chuckling at my daughter's misfortune you sack of dicks asshat...

Went to the store to get some cook out supplies, when I went to the meat counter to buy beef patties I asked what was in them, (they had several kinds) the girl actually told me some spices, ok I asked if there were any egg in it and she said our labels are on recall but there is nothing wrong with our product.... and I am not allowed to tell you the ingredients! This is against the law! What if somebody has a terrible allergy? of course I didn't buy them but decided to buy my grapes and salad.... they charged me 10.00 for grapes! They were just over a pound! This is shady and I will never shop here again! Be aware, when a meat counter can not disclose their ingredients you are with out a doubt buying meat glue or something "old"!
