On the website for this location it had a particular flavor listed that I wanted to try. I asked for the flavor and the employee said they didn't have the flavor. No big deal, but I mentioned it was listed on the website and she said "Different locations have different flavors" and implied I was looking at the wrong location. I asked, "This is the Stow location, yes?" And she cut me off saying "Yes and unfortunately we don't have it." I was simply trying to let her know the website needed updating, but she was clearly annoyed with me, after she had already implied that I was too stupid to pull up the correct location. There was also another employee yelling to customers in line that there were other windows open. The proper way to address customers is "I can help you over here, sir, if you are ready?" The staff acted like they were herding cattle instead of providing good customer service. The product is phenomenal, but I would avoid this particular location, as the customer service is extremely lacking.

A family favorite for the 8 of us. Feel very fortunate to be less than 5 minutes away from an awesome ice cream place.
Good except they never make the malt extra thick . I just ordered a large one and it was all milky. Happened before but sometimes it is made thick. It’s the inconsistency that kills me.
