Loved finding this hole in the wall place near the library. It was super toddler friendly, fast and had a rather large menu for super affordable prices. I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem tucked away off the main road.
Kid-friendliness: We loved that you can watch the kitchen from your booth. The vibe is laid back and the staff is very kind to children. The restrooms were also clean! The placemats on the table were also a fun location to draw on as we waited for our order. The orders come out really quick too.

Nice little diner, the food is good and the prices are great! Islya's has a family-friendly vibe they have been in business quite a while. They are only open during breakfast and luch hours. I always recommend coming to Isaly's when meeting up with friends and family.
Do you like food and no foo foos? This is your place - at prices you will not believe. I mean.. great egg salad on rye toast with a hint of lettuce? $2.50. The DRINK is more expensive! But an omelette with hash browns and toast? Oh I’d figure $12-14 these days? Nope probably $5-7. Now the wait staff is as friendly as you are. Some days? Just make sure you catch their eye as you come in. And remember to tip well because you are getting a deal!
