Another great Jersey Mike's location. Staff is always friendly. If you don't want attitudes, don't walk in 15 minutes before someone closes.

I’m all for fast food but if you can’t make it right, slow down. I ordered 2 subs and realized one was incorrect. I went back in to have it corrected and was met with the most horrible attitude with little attempts to correct the problem and no apology. After finally offering to remake it, it was thrown together. Once I got home, I realized they messed up the other sub too. I’d rather it take a little more time and be right than be fast and incorrect.

If I knew you didn’t clean your grill I wouldn’t have ordered a cheesesteak. If I don’t want onion on my sub why do I still taste it??? Because nobody is cleaning

1. If you're gonna close at 9pm then get irritated when you walk in at 840pm then just close at 830.
2. Drop the attitudes.
3. If you're going to stop taking cash after 830pm PUT A SIGN UP don't wait until the food is made to say something. I straight refuse to do business anywhere that doesn't accept cash .
4. Prices way too high for the quality.

Great food. Little grossed out the gentleman took my money in one hand while holding a sandwich and then after giving me my change continued to wrap the sandwiches in the same gloves rather than putting on new gloves.

Audriana was very rude when I walked in. Her attitude was very distasteful. No welcome, No Hi, just “what do you want” her face had a look on it that was very irritated. I asked if she was ok and she just looked at me and said “yes” with a blank stare. Once I told her my order she then proceeded to make the sandwich while tossing the meat around. It was very uncomfortable. I wanted to walk out but I didn’t. I never felt so unwanted at a restaurant that I am paying money to eat at. I would say it was a very unwelcoming atmosphere if it wasn’t for the kind gentleman who rung up my order. He was very polite almost like he was very embarrassed about her behavior. My first time at this location and my last. I hope she didn’t give the young man a hard time, once I left, because he gave me her name.
After reading a previous review, seems to be the same young lady. I hope she finds joy in other work because customers service is certainly not it. Do better!

Walked in, all the way up to the line. Very rudely asked, “What do you want?” As if we were bothering them to do their job. Whole time was being ignored when told we were on separate bills. More concerned to have a conversation between themselves than to serve the customer for 2 minutes. Sat down to eat, then was pointed and whispered about. Very rude, and disrespectful staff. I’d drive to any other Jersey mikes to eat. Will probably never come back to this location.

Not sure why we have avoided this establishment here in Stow. Ordered subs and had them dashed. Probably some of the best subs we’ve had. Super fresh and tasty. We’re on board now for sure! If you haven’t been, definitely give them a go, you won’t be sorry!

In a continuing education class for 10.5 hours today. No time nor desire to cook, so he picked up Jersey Mike's. Why is it so hard to get the veggies he requested on my sub in a tub? Then I have to make it myself when he gets home with it anyway. This is the reason so many places are going out of business. The employees are poorly trained by management and do not seem to care. I won't spend our hard-earned money at the Stow location ever again.
