Horrible experience.....they overcharged me and the cashier didn't know how to reverse the charges....with 4....Count them...4 "assistant managers " looking on and being unable to do anything about it because of lack of training......had to wait a half hour for the "manager " to show up.....argument ensues....and he doesn't refund my money......HOWEVER....Corporate was very receptive to my experience....not only did they refund ALL of my $$ but they apologized and told me that this is a bad pattern at this particular location. Garbage experience....spend your $$ elsewhere.

Absolutely insanely amazing staff! The skinny blonde and the girl with beautiful hair and the boy were incredibly kind to me and very helpful. This is the best Jersey Mike’s out there, and that’s a fact. This place rules. Go here and get a sandwich! It’ll be yummy, guaranteed.

Sandwich was subpar, service was extremely slow for only having 1 customer. Watched the employees touch EVERYTHING including the register and NEVER changed gloves! They do NOT change gloves. Extremely unsanitary!

Let me start off by writing this about Sammy. I’m going to first assume she’s a manager and if not she needs to be promoted. I seen this girl today at the store understaffed, training, under pressure and still never lost her cool. I did not mind waiting for my order although I waited for about 15 minutes, but watching her work under pressure and maintaining great positive attitude with customers. She was absolutely the sweetest! I don’t usually write reviews but she was amazing. Her work ethic and professionalism was amazing. This girl needs to be promoted. My advice? Don’t lose her! They don’t make them like her anymore. I would keep coming back knowing someone like her is running the store. It still blows my mind writing this how amazing and professional Sammy was. 10 stars!!!!!

The food is always fresh and yummy, the restaurant is always clean but the service is the best part. My 4 year old has made friends with Nate and the team and they all greet him with warmth like he’s their next door neighbor kid.

Cannot believe it's even more expensive than last time. Giant sub is now over $16. The amount of meat to bread ratio for $16, no way anyone should go there. Used to be my favorite sub place, found on accident. Seemed $14 was high BUT I felt the amount of meat made it at least a decent buy. I will say like EVERYONE else they are hit by inflation but sadly it is what it is.

Way too much Buffalo sauce, loaded with too much lettuce on both of our sandwiches. Had to wait 15 minutes for our 2 sandwiches to be done with no communication as to when it’ll be out. Then no napkins.Best sandwich I’ve had in months. 10/10
