We tried to go here tonight at 7 PM. No employees visible, ceiling lights were dimmed, and all the signs were dark. They looked closed. We called an hour later when we saw they should be open and they said they were open but all of their signs were burned out. Not planning on going back.

The employees act like their peripheral vision doesn't work. Or their ears. No music blasting today like others have said but they ignore their eyes when they see someone come in and they ignore their ears when they hear the bell when the door opens. Theyll scroll on their phones with their back turned while standing at the register until youre mad enough to want to leave. Then when they do go to talk to you its done so quietly and so lifelessly that you cant hear or understand a word they say so you only assume they're asking what food youd like to order.
You will sit down to eat and watch them do it to the next customer as well
There was 4, maybe 5 employees and they all acted this way.. disgusting behavior.
I let the lady after us know they ignored us too, after watching her stand for even longer than us bc they now had an online order to take care of instead of their phones.. Bc of this I got a mean mug from a worker on my way out. Don't like the truth or? Its one thing to be busy and not take an order right away but no one even says hi or acknowledges. Theyre silently wishing youd leave as soon as you walk close to the door.
Disappointing is an understatement and im glad I have several JJ locations to go to bc we are not coming back here

Food was fine, and service was speedy. Workers spent the whole time on their phones and were blaring music on a Sunday evening and seemed bothered to have a customer come in.

When to Jimmy John’s in Stow Ohio today. You walk in the music is blasting and hard to hear employees ask you for your order. I was the only customer in the store. I waited for them to make my sandwich which I guess only the girl that was on the phone could do. I watched as a young man sweep the floor fling dirt, dust and dropped topping right at the cart of bread that was sitting there. Not sure what happen to this store has never been the same since Covid. I won’t be going to this store anymore.

Said they never received my order but then doubled back saying they got it tried to call and said they had no drivers i never got a call so which is it do mind I have been waiting over an hour and a half for my food pick a story and stick to it

I order two subs 1 hour before closing Saturday 9/13. The Hunters Club and the veggie. My veggie had 2 additions, light mustard and light regular onions. I picked up my subs 15 minutes before closing. Upon arriving to my destination 30 minutes away. I was very disappointed with the veggie sub. There was no avocado spread (this is supposed to be on the sandwich as is, no modifications needed), there was little to no cucumbers, and lastly my mustard and onions were not added. Very disappointed. I do not plan on coming back to this specific location again. There was a young lady making sandwiches and young man cleaning/preparing the store for close when I arrived and left.

Ordered a $200 catering order online, missing 1/2 of my food. Called in to complain, they passed the phone around saying they were managers and laughing. An “Eric whit” said he was the GM but talked like a kid. Unacceptable service and behavior. Said they couldn’t do anything since they sent it through uber. Would love to chat to the actual owner or manager on this.

Ordered today. No cheese on sandwiches. Why put names if they aren’t going to put them on the sandwiches. Two were supposed to be toasted…not really. Why ask to cut in half, if you’re not gonna cut them. Extremely disappointed.

Easily the worst sub I’ve ever had. My wife and I used to go to Jimmy John’s years ago but apparently they have fallen apart. My beach club had about 2 pieces of turkey on it and was near inedible. My wife’s wrap was destroyed and had very little meat. Shame on you Jimmy John’s. What a waste of $20.

Go to Jersey Mike’s instead. The price is about the same but the quality is miles above Jimmy John’s garbage. Will not return to Jimmy John’s.

Music was up WAY to loud. Had to yell to give the worker to give our order. Also couldn't hear what the worker was saying becuase of the music. Got a headache just being in there for 5-10 minutes.
