Halal and a great option to stop with the family. Tamr is a family run business and the staff are incredibly friendly. We loved the lentils and chicken noodle soup on our drive from Chicago to New York. Support this local business. No regrets
The food here was so amazing! Everything was so flavorful! I especially enjoyed the baba ghanoush in the falafel. But I also enjoyed everything else that I tried; grape leaves, hummus, fattouch, tabouli, shish tawook and mint tea. I’ve drove past this place many times but never realized the flavor that was all packed in the small storefront restaurant. 10 out of 10 best Middle Eastern I’ve ever had. It is really quiet and has seating for all and the waitress was very nice. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name I believe it may have Aiyah? If you’re looking for Middle Eastern, you better stop here!

Delicious food! Such a nice break from chain or pubs. We forgot our straw for my 1 year old, and our waitress ran it out to us! Great service!

What an incredible restaurant! The waitress was so kind, warm and inviting with a bright beautiful smile. She took the time to go through the menu with me. The food is absolutely delicious. Quite literally the best chicken I have ever had — full of such lovely flavors. The music and smells of the food were the perfect ambiance creating such an authentic experience. I drove 30 miles to get here and it was well worth it! Will definitely be back!

I decided to try this place out and I wasn’t thrilled…I paid over $20 for a gyro salad and extra for feta. When I picked it up the menu board said 13.99 for a gyro salad, it’s advertised for more online. The gyro meat was dried out and I didn’t get any cucumbers. Basically it was just lettuce, meat and feta. Seems a bit pricey for a pretty simple salad.

Great place to stop for lunch if I am out on the road for work or running errands
Ordered food via door dash and it took longer than I expected however the food was delicious! The whole grilled chicken is cooked perfectly and the chicken shawarma was very tasty. They are very generous with portions and included a lot of pita bread and garlic sauce on the side.
