Diana was literally so amazing on the phone. She was enthusiastic and had a great energy to her! I asked about their deals and she got straight to the point! She was definitely the best encounter with an over the phone order I’ve ever had! Good for you Marcos Pizza to have an employee as great as her working for you!!!!

This pizza store has a serious issue with how they treat people. All the workers I encountered were acting in a racist and disrespectful way — especially an older woman whose name I don’t know. They act like they’re doing the right thing, but their behavior says otherwise. It was an upsetting experience, and I won’t be coming

Upon arrival to pick up my small old sausage style pizza, I said, “Oh I wish you would’ve put the sausage all the way up to the crust.” A young girl who I did not know was the general manager at the time, said that she would I’ll take care of it, and I told her that it wasn’t necessary, but quickly changed my mind and I said “Actually if you could, I would appreciate it, just give me a little and I’ll microwave it on the pizza when I get home.” She replied if I wasn’t in a hurry, they do it there, and I agreed.
She turned to the crew and asked them to put some sausage and heat it up in the oven . I then chit chatted with her to learn that she started with the company at 14 years of age and is now the general manager !
When the pizza was brought to me, she asked if it was OK, and instead of giving me a little it was doubled! I thanked her profusely and told her that I don’t usually tip on take out orders, but because of the awesome treatment I wanted would be tipping because everyone was great!
I wish I remembered her name, but she she’s awesome and the whole crew, as well!

Had a last minute taste for a basic cheese pizza, and Marco's did not disappoint. Very flavorful, lotsa cheese, and browned just right. The staff are very friendly as well. It was a pretty busy night, but still only had abkut a 10 minute wait. Great neighborhood pizzeria!

My rating has little to do with taste, price or even the fact that my last order was screwed up. My rating is based upon today’s service. I attempted to place the same order I’ve made numerous times prior. I order the pepperoni magnifico as I love their old world pepperoni. I ask for them not to use both the normal pepperoni and old world, but to just load it up with the old world only. Until today, this was no problem and easily accommodated. However, today the young lady taking the order insisted this now becomes a specialty order which costs more. After going back and forth and due to her inflexible insistence, I cancelled the order. I will not be back. You’d think with so many other pizza shops around of similar caliber, they’d do what is reasonable to retain what customers they have. Instead, they lost me over a couple of bucks and unexplainable stubbornness. I ended up ordering from East of Chicago after considering Luca’s, Papa John’s (cupparoni), Gionino’s, Domino’s, Zeppe’s, Pizza Hut, Donatos’s, etc…… you get the idea
Best food ever. Its been my choice since I started living in Stow. My kids never dissatisfied. This place never disappointed me so far. 6 out of 5 starts ?. Love their cheese pizza and cheesy bread ?!!
