I went to the drive thru, was told be with you shortly...watched a car pull up to the other line and order right away. was again told to hold on...watched yet another car pull up and order right away. I was on my dinner break from work, and was pretty upset. Lastly, the girl that handed me my food didn't say a word, just shoved it at me and slammed the window. This was at the Stow, oh one at 4635 kent rd. Ridiculous!
The drive thru took about 20 minuets to wait. I know it’s during lunch time but it’s usually a lot faster then that.
15 minute wait in drive thru. That doesn't bother me. Cold fries, watered down Coke, asked for and charged for a double quarter pounder, received a single quarter pounder. At least I got clean napkins so pat yourselves on the back for that one. Please take some pride in your job. I will never return to this location.
