As is happening it seems everywhere, this McDonalds seems under staffed. Although we were able to order from a human and not a kiosk, the young lady seemed impatient.

My son is deaf. He's also learning how to count money and learning the value of a dollar. As a reward for finishing his chores, he earned up money... and today was the day he could cash in! After carefully assessing the menu, he had picked out as much as his $6 would allow. Half of his earnings happened to be coins. It was busy. Yet the lady behind the counter patiently waited for him to count it out. Not even a sign of frustration adorned her demeanor when he had to restart! Above and beyond? Absolutely... and I appreciate you for that!

Coming here on a Saturday to boast about the best McDonald’s morning crew. I never hang with Donald, but this new pregnancy got me hip like it’s 2008. This morning crew gets my breakfast sammich right every time, no cheese, and always throws me extra napkins. EVERY time. This is not like i remember it. They are kind and always tell me ahead of time if my oj machine is down. Be like them. The morning crew of the Donald’s in Stow. Love you guys and see you Tuesday 🤪🤪🤣🤣
Get your act together in there...try getting at least one person's order right........to concerned with it being 420! Don't go here if you expect good service.

If I could I'd leave a negative review. Went there to get the new Minecraft meal, everything was fine until I got the food, I got one Minecraft meal and a second medium fries, when they were handing the meal over, they forgot the second fries, told them about it and they rolled their eyes at me and gave me attitude about it, then they didn't want to give me the drink that came with the meal, didn't feel like wasting time arguing so I just left. Super annoying, paid for the whole thing but didn't even get what I ordered. Wasn't busy. Just lazy staff. Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time.
Dietary restrictions: Just a warning to anyone who may be lactose intolerant, the fries in the Minecraft meal has milk in them.
