Went there earlier this evening Both self service screens were not working. The person ahead of us got the managers attention. He took the order. Then seeing that I and three other people were in line, he walked to fill the large order he just took and ignored everyone else. After 20 minutes of waiting we walked out. Will never got to this store again!!!

All the employees were talking to each other. Some were hugging and even kissing. I had to get out of my car after 20mins and wait in person for 10mins to get my order.

Absolutely horrible. The workers were not working at all. They kept kissing and hugging instead of working. I literally sat staring at my food for 15 minutes while the workers decided to play around on their phones and with each other. And that's after I spent 20 minutes in line. My order was incredibly small. Two fries and two hamburgers.

Orders are most often missing an item. There is a long wait time in the drive-thru, and unprofessional management in the store. The location is going from bad to worse in the past few years. This location ranks as one of the worst McDonald's locations that I've ever been to. I will no longer be going to this location. I will prefer to drive extra miles.
