I asked for no cheese or condiments because of an allergy. I said meat and bun only. Said at the speaker and double checked at the window. Then I open my bag to find a bun with only cheese on it. They knew what they were doing. I was not rude to these people at all. They intentionally did it and they laughed about it. I have a dash cam inside and outside. You can see them laughing about it like it’s funny to mess with peoples food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different McDonald’s. These people have got too many of my orders wrong in the past. I only eat there maybe once or twice a month and every time it’s been wrong. This was the last time I’ll ever eat from that establishment. Never coming back.

Got my order completely messed up, although ordering through doordash, the ticket did not match the food whatsoever. i got 3 snack wraps and a fry rather than the food i initially ordered. When contacting doordash, i got a refund, however when speaking to the customer service woman here, she aggressively told me to talk about it to doordash. After explaining that the tickets weren’t correctly placed rather than the food being messy or delivered, she stayed consistent with her attitude.

Whoever the manger is durning the day of 5/20/25 needs to be fired….. you messed my order up and when I called back in a respectful manner. You wanted to be disrespectful and not resolve anything… you work in costumer service and you aren’t even trying to resolve to issue…. I will not be back until I see they she replaced

Placed an mobile order in the parking lot then go to the speaker to say the code the girl says it's been used. I ride up to the wimdow the window girl was very nice they gave me a small fry with half the bag empty definitely not great.
