Both drive thru lanes were open and I got someone else’s order. Because, of course, cars alternate to the windows. I paid for my order, but the next window, gave me another order. How hard is it to tell the customer what order you are handing them so they can tell you it’s what they ordered.

Literally every single table was dirty. We had to clean one ourselves. Seemed like the staff were more concerned w/ joking around and ordering pizza from next door than keeping the place clean. Other than that though, they were nice and food was perfect.

its usually pretty good but recently they’ve been giving me sandwiches or breakfast burritos almost fully unwrapped just hanging out in the bag willy nilly, i know its mostly just me being picky but when this happens the burger/burrito gets messy and it basically falls apart- please pay more attention to the food and quality of it when selling

I work down the street and occasionally order using the mobile app from this location. Even though I order much sooner than most of the other customer in the drive thru line, I always end up waiting. I usually end up having to pull forward and wait an extra 10 minutes for my food that I purchased on the app thinking, “ I’ll get a head start.” If you go here don’t use the app I guess.

We asked for a plain burger but once we got home and bit into it was a burger with everything! Very disappointing! When we called to report it, they didn’t act like they cared….”come back and we’ll remake it for you” was all we were told.
Sweet tea here taste like is been sitting out over night.Taste absolutely horrible and people here need to hold higher standards and better quality for the money that we spend on food here cause it's not cheap and from here on out I'm posting a review each time I receive a nasty drink cause it happens a lot at this particular location

Since moving here in July I have been going through the drive thru and asking for extra onions on my cheeseburger. Like clockwork every time the Darrow Road McDonald’s give me NO ONIONS. So I stopped asking for extra and figured they were just confused with the flair and assumed it was no onions (pay more attention to detail) they still give me no onions on my cheeseburgers. I have emailed the owner of the company and thought the issue would be resolved but alas I went through today and once again, no onions on my cheeseburgers that I asked for EXTRA onions on, I feel like I wasted my money here today and am extremely disappointed.

Absolutely rediculous service, they pushed me up the line AFTER I paid, the lady rushed me up the drive thru, and they said “payment wasn’t approved” even though, she should have told me that at the first window. “Please leave the drive thru”
The rudeness in the drive thru worker, BOTH of them, was astounding. Absolutely disgusting service. Too bad this one’s close to my home. I will make sure to drive further away to not get a Tom Trenco McDonald’s again. Pick your workers better. Completely ruined my mood.
**UPDATE** I gave it another try, I asked for two hamburgers with no pickles, and a chicken Big Mac. And my hamburgers had nothing but meat, and my “chicken Big Mac” was nothing but a regular Big Mac. Did not get better. I stand with my first review.
