Actively showing a worker the code on my phone to get an order. And their only response was” it is invalid” . Maybe try and figure out the problem by doing your job. Location sucks!

I went here to pick up the grinch meal for lunch. As it was displayed on the McDonald's sign. Went thru drive thru found out its sold out. If thats the case...take it off the sign. Instead of saying you have it, say your sold out. Fix your supply chain

. Go to just about any other McD’s in this area and you get two and a smile. The help blamed their response on the owner of this franchise

Truly the shittiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Constantly I pull up, see there's someone in the first lane, so I go to the second lane. Bad move, 2-3 cars will go through the first lane while you get told to wait. Dead of night, no lines or anything. Just poorly managed and annoying.

I ordered a Big Mac through the app with no pickles. I went to pick it up and when I got back to work I realized only half the sandwich was made. The entire top half with the exception of the bun was missing. I took it back to have them remake it and they made it the exact same way again. When I brought it to the attention of the front counter girl, she refused to make it correctly for a THIRD TIME, and said we have someone new in the back training. She then just stared at me like I was the idiot for wanting what I paid for. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone makes mistakes, but when you respond to a mistake like this, you should be fired. What a freaking joke this place is. Attached is the picture of my half made Big Mac. It was somehow my fault and my problem.

It’s incredible how we used to rave about McDonald’s fries and how amazing they tasted. Today I stopped at McDonald’s in Stow and after a few minutes I was greeted with cold and soggy fries. It’s not even worth taking them back, because we all know the response “those just came up”. The franchisee needs to know how bad the food is now. McDonald’s fries were the pinnacle of golden and crispy food. Now it’s just a sad example of a cold and soggy potato.
