I don't think I'll be back. Aaand by the likes of the other reviews, neither will they. All I'll say is this: smallest burrito I've ever had at a Moe's, crunchiest rice I've ever had at a Moe's, dirty tables, smallest amount of chips I've ever had at a Moe's, 3 of 5 salsas to choose from with no containers to put them in and a manager (assume so because she was giving orders) that could stand to smile at least once. All this for $12? Na... I'm good.

UPDATE: the last three times we have driven out to this Moes they were closed for various reasons. If they are going out of business they need to tell people so we don't waste time driving there. Very upsetting.

Without a doubt the best trip to Moes. Maybe they switched management, but this place is a lot better than they use to be. Super friendly, they give tons of chips. They offered like 50 free samples. Great place!

Been eating there for years and never had a bad meal. This was awful. Went there Saturday around 7pm to pick up food. Things were just off. Restuarant was dead n staff was not friendly. Queso was cold, green peppers barely cooked and chicken was even cold. What is going on?

The food and staff here are great. However, it looks like the owner is here, by the older, unfamiliar face in charge greeting me. I've also noticed the food portions have been significantly cut. I understand portion control, I've worked in management.

I wish they were as generous with the meat as they are with the rice. There was very, very little meat in my meal. The food was unremarkable for the price. Just go to Chipotle down the road instead for much better everything.

I will never be coming back to this Moe's again. I placed an online order at 6:55pm and the order was set to be picked up at 7:10pm. My parents also placed an online order at the same time. When we got to the restaurant their order was ready but mine was not. The girl at the counter told me it would be a few minutes. I waited 15 more minutes for my food, I watched people walk in the restaurant and get their food before me. So when I went up to ask about my food, the girl behind the register found what seemed to my food just sitting there. When she asked one of her co-workers about it she didn't know and told her to ask a girl in a red shirt, who then told her to ask the other co-worker. So the girl behind the counter came to me and asked me if it was my food. I am completely appalled by the service I received and then I had to identify my own food! That is absolutely unreal and then I got this half hearted apology. None of the staff looked friendly at all or even attempted to help me. My food was cold by the time I got home to eat it. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Moe's again and I would warn you before placing an online order. I would also like to note that a lot of their salsas were gone, they were out of small cups to put them in. The place was rather a mess. So if you want Moe's on Monday or even to order online I would recommend making the drive to the one on Howe rd.

Very disappointed in this location. My fiancé and i moved to Ravenna in May and love Moes. We come at least once a week and every time we stop into this location the employees are rude and make you feel like you are bothering them by being there. Most times you don't get a welcome to Moes and if you do, it's not a happy one. On top of their unwelcoming attitudes, they toss your food around and obviously don't enjoy being there. Half of eating at Moes is the experience you have created for your guests and this location gives us a bad experience time and time again. If we didn't love the food so much, we would not come back. Just thought you should know about the bad customer service.

Haven't been here in months, came today and it was dirty, and staff was rude with the exception of the cashier who seemed to be scared of one of the girls who was slamming cooking utensils around. My burrito was dragged through queso that was spilt all over the counter and container of the guest right in front of me. They didn't even wipe her container down— uhhh. Not only did my burrito get queso but other food reminents from being dragged. I made a comment and the girls just give you a rude look. If I didn't have a heart we would have just walked out, but we paid for contaminated food and will be throwing it out and going to chipotle . Fix this before it's the health department next coming through the line. Sick.
