First time there, I was able to order immediately inside, waited for my order but only the sandwiches came up. After waiting 10 minutes more for my pumpkin latte, I asked where my drink was and got every excuse in the book. Waited a few minutes more, meanwhile they served the drive thru by at least 5 cars and I told them that. They got an attitude, finally served me an iced plain coffee which is not what I ordered! I wanted and paid for a pumpkin spice latte. When I paid, I included a tip. I will not longer tip prior to service. Will not be returning.

I always get dunkin or Starbucks and my GPS sent me the wrong way, so I ended up going to the closest coffee shop. The girl ended up getting my order wrong added a sandwich instead of the coffee, buuuuut she was super nice when I pointed it out, didnt take long correcting the order and made sure to show me she refunded. This is how you keep customers coming back. Apple pie latte is my new fall favorite 😍

Nervous Dog is one of my favorite coffee shops. They have a large variety of drink options and offer non-dairy milk alternatives. Their pastries and breakfast sandwiches are really good. They normally have a couple of gluten-free dairy-free cookies. The coffee is very smooth and never bitter. This is the Fairlawn location, not Stow.

Coffee really isn’t that good and the drive thru takes forever. Sat there for 25 minutes today. Breakfast sandwiches are good though.

I love the bacon, egg and cheese on toasted bagel sandwich. I love the mocha. I love the strange and wonderful images (and statues) of dogs. I love that the staff are friendly and fun. I wish I lived in this area, I’d go every day.

I love all the Nervous Dog locations. However, this is my favorite since it’s in my hometown. The coffee is always superb as well as the service. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is the drive through speaker box as I often have to repeat my order many times.😂 But that’s definitely a first world problem that I will gladly endure to support my favorite local coffee spot!🥰☕️
