When you walk into the shop you are greeted by friendly staff members eager to help out. I love their online custom ordering which makes it easy to grab Bundt cakes for any special event. They also have gluten free options and sizes range from bite size to large cakes. Their seasonal flavors are delicious with lemon 🍋 being my personal favorite.

Previously got a full sized cake 4 years ago for my elopement and thought it was the most vile thing so when my husband surprised me with a box of bundtinis for Valentine’s Day I was naturally less than enthused. I was pleasantly surprised that the cakes were moist & tasted great. I will say the frosting is far too sweet too my liking so had to take all of it off in order to enjoy the cakes. Pretty sure the overly sweet icing melting into the full size cake I originally had is why I’ve avoided this place for years but I will probably come back but request no frosting.

Rather than write a review I would have preferred to write an email but unavailable to find an email on entire site,I purchased a helium balloon bouquet yesterday and this morning it was dead flat on the floor,for the cost involved in this purchase it it a huge disappointment.Big waste of money did not even last 10 hours.

I ordered cupcakes to be delivered 4 days ahead of time. They worked with Uber to deliver my order but Uber cancelled it and then stole it. This team SAVED THE DAY! They personally drove over my order and did not charge me for it or for a second batch. They were kind and personable. Thank you for going above and beyond!
Excellent, excellent, excellent! I put in an order online from Texas for my son who lives in Tallmadge. The uber driver who delivered it did not get it to the right place so Kaelin took the replacement order herself to my son after they closed. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making my son's birthday away from home a good one!

Exceptional customer service! I ordered a cake for my brother’s birthday as a surprise to be delivered. Through Uber Eats the order had some complications and never arrived. I called the store shortly after my set delivery window and the staff, specifically Ella, were amazing. Super communicative, caring, and helpful. I know deliveries to apartments through Uber Eats are not always the best, so after a few hours I just told them not to worry about it and call my loses. Ella and her manager were relentless is making it right. They redelivered the order the next day without me even asking! It was amazing. I’ve tried them before but the one out in fairlawn. And this one by far is the best location as far as options kindness and cleanliness. I definitely prefer this one over the other two locations and they are the only ones that offer the popcorn! Will definitely be back!!!
