Great place to eat the food is always amazing always hot and fast the people are always so nice and professional my whole family's been coming g to this location since it's been open and never had a bad meal or bad service thank you so much for always being there guys love ya

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. BAD ATTITUDE and very disrespectful. The credit card device doesn’t have the contactless sign on, so I tried to insert the card. The guy took my order who seems like the manager, he said “some idiots don’t know to tap the card”. How rude!

We love Old Carolina for its day-of catering options for small groups. Today was exceptionally slow with our order being ready 40 min late. BUT they had at least 7 staffers absolutely hustling the whole time and the manager was handling the chaos very well. We will definitely be back, but I hope the business can find way to handle an over abundance of orders that cares well for their staff and customers.

1st time here and will definitely be back. Staff was wonderful. Very cheerful and I'm happy that they still have great customer service. Also very clean. I got the rancho burger and it was juicy and the flavor was on point.
