The food was excellent! I had the Focaccia steak sandwich. My wife the summer strawberry poppyseed. Both were great!
The dining room however WAS FILTHY! There were at least three dirty tables / booths. The carpet looked like something from an old by the hour motel lobby!

Ben at stow Panera was a pleasure to deal with and accommodating. He is always so cheery and deserves a raise. There was one issue with the food with the chicken being rubbery and having a tendon in it, but other than that, it was great

My fiancé visited this Panera on Graham Road on his birthday to redeem his birthday reward for a pastry, and the experience was very disappointing. Despite it being a simple request, the manager was completely unwilling to help or show any courtesy. It was disheartening, especially since it was a special day for him. That said, the crew member who assisted him was kind and professional—our issue is entirely with how the manager chose to handle the situation.
Thankfully, we decided to stop by the Panera on Howe Avenue afterward. Even though that location was significantly busier, the staff there was much more accommodating and friendly. They had no problem honoring the birthday reward and treated him with warmth and respect, which made a huge difference and turned the day around.
Very disappointed with the management at the Graham Road location. It’s unfortunate when leadership doesn’t uphold the same quality as the rest of the team or other nearby stores.

I would have given negative star but unfortunately Google doesn’t have that option.
If you’re expecting friendliness or decent customer service, this definitely isn’t the place. We were on a road trip from Philly to Chicago, and my wife was craving Panera, so we stopped by around 8:50 PM. We ordered sandwiches for five people (3 adults and 2 kids), but since they were closing at 9pm, they told us we can eat outside.
They didn’t give us any napkins, and at 9 PM sharp, they locked the doors. After taking a bite, we realized we didn’t have napkins. We waved to the staff—two people saw us—but no one acknowledged us or came over to ask what we needed. We weren’t trying to cause trouble, just needed some basic courtesy. It is their fault to give us napkins.
I get that they had closed, but a little kindness would’ve gone a long way. Thankfully, we found a few napkins in the car. Just disappointed by how rude and unprofessional the staff were—it really doesn’t take much to be human.

If you are looking for friendliness and good customer service.....this is not the place. Looking for a place that when they forgot your roll they grab one with their hand and give to you (no bag). Wow! If you don't like your job, then please get a new one. And what's disappointing is that I believe the manager was there and saw this behavior. Too many option these days to settle for subpar service. I'll take my business elsewhere.

First off and for the most part, I am very satisfied with Panera Bread, Stow. The food is always excellent and service pretty good.
One huge annoyance that I have encountered over the past few weeks is they are constantly out of Hazelnut coffee when I stop in.
I have probably been there 4 or 5 times in the past 2 weeks and every single time the hazelnut has been dry. It shouldn’t be up to the customers to monitor the coffee bar.
Usually, they are quick to react but on Tuesday, the front desk had a line, so I turned to the kitchen, they are busy cooking, and finally able to track someone down but it’s annoying, time consuming and happens too often. It’s convenient when you’re on your way to work and in a hurry but when you have to take the extra time on a consistent basis, I decided to say something.

Very nice employees and a good place to get some work done while in transit on a work trip. Appreciated that there was no loud music.

The slowest place ever. If you're in a hurry, don't come. Good food but might aswell give yourself 30 minutes to sit in line even if no one is in it.

I don't know how they do it! Their employees are always, well groomed, polite, friendly, and professional. I asked the managers name (Jacob Gross) who helped fulfill my order this evening. It was great to see him helping out his top-notch crew. Great fresh delicious food!
