Great food! Warm, quiet, and calm atmosphere. I love that at Panera you can sit and talk with people without being interrupted. Ordering pickup is also easy. From order to pick up is usually very quick. Not usually crowded inside. Drive-thru lane is usually long. If ordering pickup, I recommend just going inside.

Food is great -no problems there, service is horrible at this location, esp the girl at the front. Totally incompetent taking orders and comes across with an attitude. Literally every item we said she got wrong - we would say an item and shed repeat back a different item. We had to correct each one and it still wasn't right after we paid. Then accused me of telling her the wrong thing...yikes. It's also typically pretty difficult to find a clean place to sit. Floor's...

Ben at stow Panera was a pleasure to deal with and accommodating. He is always so cheery and deserves a raise. There was one issue with the food with the chicken being rubbery and having a tendon in it, but other than that, it was great
