We moved North Carolina aboutt 5 years ago and we still desperately miss the true, not to be imitated, overstuffed sandwich. The bread, Cole slaw, fries, and for me, turkey, is nothing short of perfection. If you have not tried Paninis before, do your taste buds a solid and let them enjoy all that is Paninis. I promise, it'll be your new favorite sandwich.

Typical Ohio sports bar and restaurant. As a floridian, there's nothing special here. With that said, its adequate. Good drinks, beer and food.

Recently had lunch there with a friend, on 10/09/2025. The Service was great, thanks to our server identified as “AM Back Bar”. Great pastrami sandwich and home made chips. I was especially impressed with the coleslaw, not the usuall soupy stuff that most restaurants serve. This appeared to be homemade. This was not my first visit to Panini’s, Steele Point Dr., Stow.

Food was good, service was okay. Bar and grill type atmosphere. Lots of TV's for your favorite sporting events. Stopped before a show at Blossom, plenty of seating.

Fantastic service! The whole team was very attentive and great at making sure we had what we needed and wanted.
I got a buffalo crunch wrap and it was very good, not too spicy. The signature coleslaw was refreshing and peppery

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This was the worst, overpriced food I have ever had. All wraps were ice cold. Fries were old and disgusting. I told the waitress so and she offered new ones. I was already running late for a concert so I declined. They should have been fresh from the start. You are better off going to a fast food place.

Cool layout, solid vibe, and the service was good. The space itself feels like a great local hangout spot.
That said, I had to cut my visit short when someone played “Proud to Be an American” on the jukebox. I get that music taste is personal, but that particular song has strong associations for me with the post-9/11 era, and it completely changed the atmosphere.
Not saying you can control every song people pick, but it might be worth curating the jukebox a bit to avoid tracks that could make some guests feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.
Great spot overall—but a little more awareness could make it even better.
