Placed an order around 7:30pm. Order said it was on the way. This location is 10 mins from my apartment. Waited a half hour and no delivery. Called the store spoke to the manager Austin. He informs me the delivery driver Justin took it to the wrong apartment and he was headed back and they were remaking my food. This was around 8:30pm. Austin said my food was to be out to me in the next 20 mins.
At 8:45pm delivery driver Justin calls me and asks what my apartment number is and I confirm it and the call is ended.
I wait 25 mins and still no delivery. I call the store again at 9:10pm and ask for an update. Austin the manager informs me the delivery driver couldn't get a hold of me and that he left. The delivery driver didn't try to call me at all. I waited in the lobby of my building for over 30 mins waiting for this driver. The manager tells me they will make my order for the third time and I tell him to have the driver contact me when delivering if he is having trouble finding my apartment.
Which each building in my complex has a different "house" number and there is only one and one of each apartment number, so it's not hard to find the right building or apartment.
It reaches 9:50pm and I got no calls about my order and still no food. I called one last time and spoke to Austin and requested a refund for my order!
Over two hours of waisted time waiting for food. Super unprofessional on the phone and very disorganized.
I would not order from here ever again. Save yourself the time and money. Do not order from this location.

I called the store because I wanted some extra pepperoncinis that's not available to order online? Well the guy who was working said he's been working there for 8 yrs he said? Well Fam that dude needs to learn some customer service n not argue with the customers like he did with me! Plus the pizza was ice cold n tasted old n discusting! I will never order Papa John's Pizza again from the Stow location! The guy I dealt with was just Rude n loves to argue with customers!!! Don't order from papajohns.com Stow, Ohio location! Pizzas old n from the other reviews on the stow location! Just bad reviews after bad reviews regarding this location n how rude the people are!!

I made the mistake of actually calling this store to place an order instead of doing it on-line. It took 10 minutes just to order. I haven’t been asked that many questions about ordering a pizza…ever!! Don’t make this a difficult task. It shouldn’t take as long to order a pizza as it does to bake one.

What happened to the quality at Papa Johns, Stow, OH? We placed an order on the evening of 1/3/24 and it showed up with the wrong ingredients, normally we would have just eaten the pizza but the crust was so thin, wet, and flimsy that you couldn't even pick the piece of pizza up without it folding in half and the ingredients falling off. I called the store, asked for the manager, the girl who answered the phone said she was the "acting manager". I explained our pizza was missing ingredients and how thin the crust was. She was very rude and said she could send a new one out or credit our next order. I asked if I could send her pics so she could see what I was referring to? I also asked if something was wrong with the crust tonight and she said "NO". So I said, ok then send a new one out. It showed up with even thinner, flimsier, wetter crust then the first one, if that was even possible. No more Papa Johns - disgusting.

We have tried ordering from this location many times this year for our family of 4 pizza Friday. They get orders wrong constantly. Order bone in wings? They will deliver bonless with the incorrect sauce sloppily poured over it. It looks disgusting and lazy. When I called to make sure my order was made correctly, the person on the phone acted like I didn't speak the same language. Frustrated that every single time they get stuff wrong and can't follow simple directions.
