This place does have the best fresh sushi! Honestly fresh sushi is hard to come by in Cleveland and I’m from the west coast. Not sure why there is never a line out the door, hidden gem! Also, think it’s fresher than ginko!

How have I not eaten at the Phoenix Express until two days ago. I love Sushi! But unfortunately the only time I get sushi is when we go to Hibachi Japan, because I am the only one in my family who eats it. And unfortunately Hibachi has really gone down hill and we’ll probably never go there again. Their sushi rolls were not as good as they used to be either. It was so bad that I started getting Sushi from Meijer because I was getting desperate. Don’t get me wrong Meijer is okay; especially if you are in great need. However, my neighbor introduced me to Phoenix Express! And what a relief! Their food is amazing! I wish I would have checked it out years ago! I used to really like Sakura in Fairlawn and they are great; Phoenix Express is just as good if not better!! And it is in my own backyard. Thank you Phoenix Express. Keep up the amazing work!! Did I say all their food is good. Not just their sushi! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Pricy but worth it. It’s certainly an underrated restaurant in Akron area when it comes to food quality. However service is limited, you need to get silverware and sauce by yourself
I had dinner here for the first time today and their sushi/sashimi is by far the freshest I've had in a long time. I ordered the Omakase Lite and everything was fantastic! All of the different flavor combinations and toppings were delicious. If you're in town and love sushi, I highly recommend you stop in.

Absolutely love this place! The sashimi is super fresh and well-cut—better than many sushi spots I’ve tried. The General Tao Chicken is crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy. Portions are generous, service is quick, and the staff is friendly. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend!

So this is both for Phoenix Express and DoorDash both are at fault. I ordered no egg and I got egg but nobody would take credit for the no egg..... On Singapore mai fun.... I got my order and my husband's to order and everything was fine until I opened mine with the egg even though I put no egg on the Singapore mei fun in the special instructions part of DoorDash app.. only got $4 off just letting you all know nobody will take responsibility for when they get it wrong cuz nobody wants to lose that on the money.....

We had a to go order. It had a nice package. The rice is perfectly seasoned and the fish&uni is incredibly fresh—melts in your mouth. The service is good, even I had the food to-go, they still explained me what meat they put on the sushi.
