I Really love the food,but if you want food you better call an hour ahead.Their website says they close at 9,we went up at 8.10 & they were closed already.on Friday it says 10 pm I called at 9,& they said there were closed.dont understand but oh well going somewhere else.

The person who picked up the phone was kind of short and rude. It happens.We picked up the pizza and the lady was nice.Ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and it was good. A little over cooked but realistically we would order from them again.

Any and all foods I've had from Pony Express has been great, especially their meatball sub!! All the staff are super friendly as well!!
Terrible customer service. I was told everyone makes the pizza different. I pay the same amount so it should be consistent. Will never come back.

I was a loyal customer for years but service started lacking years ago, i somehow convince myself maybe they have changed but NO today i ordered my usual a small pizza and some garlic bread FOR PICKUP. 40 minutes they say i get there an hour later and they VERY unapologetically say it will be another 30 minutes at least and go about their work just don't do it go just about anywhere else
