Every past experience I have had here has been great. Today I decided to order on the app. I placed my order and then headed there. They had my order ready when I arrived. My daughter and myself took our smoothies and went on our way. The problem is that as soon as I took a sip I knew the fruit they used was bad. It tastes and smelled bad. Like a fermented bad. I don't want to believe it but I think it was done intentionally because I didn't leave a tip with my online order. There were 2 young girls working and I wouldn't put it past them.

I had free coupon from the Stow community expo and went in there to get two free small smoothies with the coupons. We got one and we had a lot of when we went to the expo from family and we were able to get one. And when we went to get the other one the worker I do not know his name started yelling at us because we had about 5 ish of them. And the way his tone was he was yelling asking where we got them. So we siad we got them at the Stow community expo and was accused us of just taking them all. And we nicely siad at the Stow expo and we was still yelling because we had 3 more we have a big family. And gave them all to me. A d we he was very hostile. And we still yelling and we said take you coupons and we will never be back again. When we walked in you could tell he was a dick head. He was rude the moment we came in. He said also that he has a Business to run and can't just give things out to people like that but we had coupons. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and Riya made it perfect. She’s been there a couple times I went and she makes it great every time. She’s a very sweet girl and does her job well.

Got told that even tho I’m allergic it’s not that much banana and that I should be fine. If the worker is too distracted by someone legally carrying and can’t do their job properly then they shouldn’t be working there. The fact that they didn’t even treat him as a proper customer or tell him when the drink was ready is just sad. This locations workers need to work on their customer service and apparently human decency too. It’s not about being sensitive to my allergy it’s about me asking for no banana so I don’t die and y’all giving me banana anyway and then telling me oh well it’s not that much rather than trying to fix the issue. Being basically told to just deal with it rather than being offered the correct drink that won’t give me an allergic reaction. This store needs some work.
