The customer service at this location is above top-notch. The owner is a hands-on just like any other employee and you can tell that he has made to be in the food service/customer service field. All the employees work together to make sure the customers receive amazing fast service every time I travel through Ohio. I stopped at this location. I look forward to it every time.

I live 2 hours away from this location now. When we go to Michigan we always stop and get dinner for home. I have stopped 3 times in the past year. We got home tonight again.. no mustard and onion on the hotdogs and no onions for the 2- 5 ways. Un freaking believable.

Two times in a row they have forgotten to give onions! What the heck? 😡 Order anything to go that has onions at your own risk and double check the bag for onions. Please you guys clearly need to start a better process that circles or highlights every order with onions on the order!

I am from Louisiana and came up to help my company. Staying at the home2 Hilton right next door. I visited them and have to say, there are nothing but smiles from the staff. A very pleasent atmosphere and the service is amazing. I was speaking with a nice gentleman as I was sitting at the counter. I ordered what he was having. In a couple sentences, the food was in front of me. It was excellent and the price was very fair. I would highly suggest if you are near there and hungry, stop in. I promise you will not be disappointed. 5 stars for sure.

It's nice to be able to get Cincinnati style chili up here in Cuyahoga Falls.
The chili is awful.all the people working were wonderful but foods just awful.
I come here all the time and have never once had a complaint about my food. Never cold, always delicious!
