The customer service at this location is above top-notch. The owner is a hands-on just like any other employee and you can tell that he has made to be in the food service/customer service field. All the employees work together to make sure the customers receive amazing fast service every time I travel through Ohio. I stopped at this location. I look forward to it every time.
I live 2 hours away from this location now. When we go to Michigan we always stop and get dinner for home. I have stopped 3 times in the past year. We got home tonight again.. no mustard and onion on the hotdogs and no onions for the 2-

Two times in a row they have forgotten to give onions! What the heck? 😡 Order anything to go that has onions at your own risk and double check the bag for onions. Please you guys clearly need to start a better process that circles or highlights every order with onions on the order!
