Best customer service I've ever experienced! Each and every employee is amazing and my drink comes out perfect every time! They are patient, they are kind and that is hard to find these days! I usually use the drive-thru, which is very efficient! I tried hanging out in the restaurant once but it was too "rowdy". Batistas yelling names over music that was way too loud! I don't coffee and Rap or Country music just seems like a bad pairing. How about some Jazz, Classical or Folk music?
