In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Every Starbucks is filled with employees trying their hardest, lines are always wrapped around the building regardless of location around this time, and walk in usually isn’t much better. Today is Christmas Day, and like usual busy- but the employees here are standing on business. Never have I seen a Starbucks location - especially on a holiday working as efficiently and joyously (even though it’s Christmas, they don’t want to be here).not really a Starbucks person, but...

My favorite starbucks! Staff is so lovely even when they're slammed. Super helpful and patient. Had a really nice conversation a week or so ago with the girl at the window while waiting for my drink. I wish I would've caught her name because she really did help set a positive tone for my day :)
