I don’t typically go to Starbucks very much anymore. I have a favorite local coffee shop that I like to go to. However, I’ve been to this Starbucks twice this week and the service was exceptional.. They were friendly and smiling, and I had a screw up on my order and they were still pleasant. I also have to say the cold brew is amazing. That’s what I got both times Cold brew absolutely delicious with just a touch of cinnamon powder on it. The pleasant Employees made the whole experience exceptional. I wanted to make sure that they got some type of recognition the two young ladies working the drive-through window on September 2 around 4:50 PM.

The last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve been corrected or given a lesson on the proper name of a drink and even told that I ordered something cold when I ordered it hot. If I want to get into an argument, the last place I want it to be is the first place I go in the morning to get my coffee. There are other places I can go on the way to work so I might just start going there. If you want to give vocabulary lessons, become a teacher. If you want to be a barista, pour coffee.

I love Starbucks and usually have a great experience at all locations. This location has given me issues. My drinks are always perfect but the staff here isn't always at the top of their game. I visited on 6/20/25 at about 6pm. A young man with long red hair took our order. Unfortunately, he was a TOTAL JERK. Downright rude and very condescending. He is the type of employee that will make me NOT COME BACK to this location. The only good thing was the young lady who made my drink was extremely friendly. Again, my interactions with Starbucks staff has always been very positive. This employee is a horrible representative for this location. Will not be back.

I go to this location multiple times a week before work. I use the app and order ahead and pick up at the window. On occasion my hot drinks are not full, but the taste is consistent. I’ve never had an issue with my drinks tasting “burnt”. The staff is super friendly for 5am! I appreciate the little notes they write on my cup and my coworkers find it cute too. It’s now become a morning check with them to see what they wrote on my cup that day. Thank you for bringing a smile to our faces and caffeinating me for my early shifts!

This is my favorite Starbucks! They make the ham/swiss baguette perfect every time. It is not haphazardly thrown together, it seems as if they actually take time and care what they're serving to customers. Thank you! 😄

Store was beautiful, service was excellent, my drinks were delicious. Whomever was in charge at 5pm on Thursday 4/9 was doing an incredible job!!
I wanted to treat my parents to Starbucks drive through on way back home and we all ordered a hot beverage and muffins. They handed us two drinks and while we were waiting on the third and our food the lady collected my Starbucks gift card and tried to swipe it several times and said that the whole system was down for that day and asked for other payment. We had to give back the 2 drinks we already sipped on and had to leave. They didn’t even offer that we keep them for the trouble. It was an awful experience.

Starbucks is already going the way of zero customer service/comfort judging by the cold environments and drive thru only stores. However this starbucks the staff does it for you. Very cold and would rather count tips out instead of serving anyone. After ordering he leaves the register leaving me no way to pay cash?
