Update your hours please! Drove out of the way to get my kid a bite after sports because it said open until 9:30p on Google on Wednesdays... 8:50p doors were locked and employees were already half done with close up. Unsure what time they really closed, but would have detoured with accurate hours...

I ordered a 6in festive chicken sandwich. I haven't been to a Subway in a minute so I don't know if it's this specific location's fault but I was astounded when my sandwich barely had any toppings. Usually I have no problem filling up on a 6in sub and I was still very hungry afterwards. I was trying to figure out what else to eat. I was left still hungry and upset. What an awful experience and honestly you should be embarrassed to call yourselves a sandwich company anymore.

Ordered food online and they took my money. I went into the store and my order wasn’t made and they said they never got it. I tried to show my bank statements of me buying the food and they did nothing to correct it. Don’t go here.

I ordered online & when I got home my whole sub way wrong and falling apart. I tried to call up there nobody answered. Subway is too expensive for this kind of interactions. Ridiculous.

Didn't even get to have my food. Made a mobile order only for them to cancel it 15 minutes before pickup! I work late and it's one of the few places on maps that said it would be open! The two employees in the store were already cleaning up and getting ready to leave by 9pm! DO NOT ORDER from here if it's late!

I usually love Subway, but this particular location near Stow, OH has been a complete disappointment it was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had three separate experiences with this store, and not once did I receive my food. Twice, I drove to the store (from Kent), only to find it closed, even though it showed as open in the app and on Google Maps. The third time, I placed a mobile order. The app said my food was ready, but when I got there, the store was shut down again. The worst part? I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month. Subway’s customer support is completely unhelpful just repeated “we’ve escalated the issue to the store” with no follow-up, no resolution, and no refund. Totally disappointed. Waste of time, money, and effort. If you’re thinking about ordering from this location - DON'T.

So when does this SPECIFIC location close?? Because on Google it says 9:30... traveled up at 8:45 closed ?? I see no hours posted on the door. When I asked through the door what time do you close she just shakes her head??

Was told the 6.99 sub was in app only. Ordered in the store online and once the food was finished it sat for 20 minutes. Both sandwiches were cold and I asked for a refund. One of the workers kept telling me over and over she toasted it, but I said yes how long ago? They said they didn't know this online order was mine even though I was told by them I had to do it online to get the deal. I did not get an email or text of notification either when it was ready. I'm just really annoyed that they let us sit in the restaurant while our food got cold. Subway needs to figure out how to make these coupons available in person.

Tried to order my food on the app from 8:30-8:45 and it would not go through. Arrived right before 9 to place my order in person and apparently they close early on Thursday nights. I really appreciated the 2 employees ducking in the corner, also.

I frequent here at least 3 times a week and there’s a reason I do. The owner and workers are amazing and they always have fresh food. I won’t go to any other subway if I don’t have to!

Omg I love this subway. I love this location for a quick lunch or packing for a picnic. When I ordered on the app and asked for specific instructions of my sub these employees did not disappoint!!! They really improved my bad day love all of these workers!
