HORRIBLE service heavy set African American girl is rude snappy when I checked her on her attitude she started slamming utensils and cross contaminating all the food in the 3rd area ! Disgusting look for subway !

I hardly ever write reviews.
My experience was horrible. Crew member name Noél was extremely rude to us. We walked in and said hello, how are you today. We received no response except for what can I make you. I was being kind the whole time to just be treated like this. They barely put any tuna on the sub for the cost! When it came to pay for our order they snatch the coupon out of my hand. Honestly if you don’t want a job you should not work there nor should you have been hired. I have worked in the fast food industry and have been a GM for 4 years now. This was my last time coming to subway.

The best subway around! They wash their hands in between task, they don't use the same knife that they've dipped in dirty water, the store I always clean and smells great

This store sucks, they have someone new making the food and everything all by himself while the manager eats & takes a 10 minute bathroom break. Took 25 minutes to pick up ONE SUB for DoorDash. Absolutely ridiculous.

They wouldn’t cut my meat for my salad. I had to get it on the side to take home and cut myself. It even shows in the picture cut up.

What a shameful, pitiful little tuna sub!! $6.79 for 6” piece of bread and tuna spread so thin you’d think we’re at war and they are rationing food. I put mustard on thicker than they put the primary ingredient on. What makes matters worse is that their oven was broken so I couldn’t have this $7 piece of bread toasted. I laughed at checkout when the tip screen popped up.

The good news is that the Subway on Kent Rd is close by, very generous with portions and this same sub costs less than $5 there. Clearly different ownership. I will not return to the Hudson/Graham location. Highly recommend AVOIDING.

Placed a mobile order. The app said my order was ready. I walk in at the pick up time and they ask my name and said they're going to get started on it now. So they're marking it done for whatever metrics but the order wasn't ready? Plenty of other subways to go to.

The girl at 2:30P on 5/8/24 was killing it. Working as fast as she could. Time management was on par. Seemed like she could use some help but she was holding it down all on her own.
