Generally this subway has been fast, courteous and the sandwiches made very well. I don't have any major complaints( Well, maybe get back the spicy dill potato chips!)

I went in right before closing today and these two ladies, Paige and Miyah were working. The customer service was great, they were really respectful and my meatball sub was really really really good. The overall experience was a 10/10

I ordered an Italian BMT on the app and asked for spinach, peppers, onions, cucumbers, olives, bell and banana peppers, and oil/vinegar salt and pepper with middles of bread pulled out to fit toppings. What I got was the meat and cheese with a huge amount of spinach and nothing else not even dressing..very dry and disappointing. Won't be returning to this location or maybe even any subway..f it.

Cheer up, never gone here once in the past 7 years and seen a worker seem happy about anything. John also literally worst person to put in front of customers. Should never work with customers ever.

Justice Fair

Placed my order through the app at 1145. Got to subway at 12:05 when it said my food was ready. It wasn’t on the to go shelf so I walked over to the register and tried to get the guys attention but he didn’t hear me or even look up. After waiting inside for 25 mins he finally looked up and asked if I had been helped. Don’t order ahead at this location

Came here with my goofy siblings today, got 3 foot longs and it was all pretty good. I would give this place a 5/5 stars... but this is a subway, how good can it possibly get ya know...

Went to location and there was no one in front of me. The staff person asked me to leave the store. Said she was the only one working and had too many orders to make. I could not believe it. Me and the other person there left.

Got here 14 minutes before they closed and the doors are locked sign says open but the people working are in the back hiding. No one will answer the phone. Terrible service

Well, we drove up on Sunday afternoon at 4:56 and the person inside pointed to the darkened OPEN sign. Hmmm…the website hrs say they close at 7:00 pm. Another gentleman was turned away as well. Looks like Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s just got new customers!

Have had several disappointing experiences at this location. The two most recent orders have resulted in my commitment to no longer frequenting this establishment (Stow, Darrow Rd). I ordered a tuna sub, got home, went to eat it and could barely get my teeth through it. I immediately returned to the store and showed the sub to the Manager (I think he was actually a District Mgr) who acknowledged how hard the roll was and explained he thought it was made the previous day. So much for freshness…..He replaced the inedible sub like he was doing me a favor, nothing more for my inconvenience or poor experience. The next time (I figured give them one more chance especially since they are so close to home and very convenient) I ordered tuna again. They put on so little tuna that you could hardly see it much less taste it. They put it on like they were spreading butter not the primary ingredient. It was ridiculous. I even made a remark emphasizing my disbelief that went ignored. When I got home and showed my wife the poor excuse for a $10 sub, she laughed. I took a pic and contacted the store as well as customer service. I received an apology and nothing more. This was my last time at this location.The good news is that just a little bit further away is another Subway located on Kent Rd. Much, much better! Friendlier service. Generous servings and much more reasonable prices!! I enjoy subway, but Darrow Rd location was given several chances and disappointed most of the time. The franchises are individually owned. This probably explains the inconsistency.

Ordered online and when I went to pick it up the woman behind the counter “mouthed” we’re closed. The door was locked and I tried telling her I had an online order. She just went into the back room and turned the lights off. They said they close at 9 and it was 6:10.

had a 30 minute lunch break to get food and sat here for 25 minutes waiting for an online order that was right behind the employee the whole time even after I asked 3 times

Worst subway experience Ever! The area manager was unprofessional, did nothing to make things right and hung up on me when I called to complain, sandwiches were small and thin with nothing on them and even the bread was flat and cut uneven so my sandwich was shorter too. I won’t go back to this location and neither should you !
