Not sure if it's the same at all locations or just this one, but the food quality has really declined recently. The chicken fingers used to be one of my favorite menu items and I just discovered that they've switched from natural chicken beast tenders to some kind of awful pressed chicken meat product. Very disappointing to see a once great franchise compromise on food quality.

I got their limited time bacon burger that they had, and it was great. I don't like bacon a lot so I was skeptical, but it did sound good when he mentioned it , so I went for it, and it was very good. Everybody was super nice. The manager was nice as well. The fries were also really good!

Dominic is hands down one of the most polite and personable servers we’ve ever had! He’s consistently friendly, funny, and always appreciative, even if it’s just a small tip. My Gallery burger was off,the sauce wasn't as good as normal and I had to put it back together after I opened it. We were missing a Potato teezer. Asked for water and got it when we left. This doesn't mean we won't be back. Hopefully next time it will be better All around.

Please start having your employees at this location start telling DoorDashers and uber drivers exactly how long they should be expecting to wait. I get told all the time that it will only take a couple more minutes for my order or it should be up shortly and it ends up being 10 15 20 minutes that I gotta wait. There is a huge difference between a few minutes and 10 to 15 minutes

This was my “everything” double burger. The piece of lettuce I’m holding is an abomination. The tomato I paid for doesn’t even cover the burger. They put more sauce on there than ingredients… literally disgusting
